Had a 12:00 p.m. appointment, but I got held up getting my other load off and so it made me late by about 5 hours, I got there and they put me in a dock and I did have to wait for them to change shifts, but it was all good. And it didn't take long at all. The people were very friendly and I got my paperwork and was on my way. Thank you for such a great experience.

This was a great place to load. I showed up at 6:45 for my 7:00 appointment. They put me in the dock immediately, and I was gone by 7:45

Very dumb loading procedure. Get in a Door. When red light comes on walk inside warehouse. Must wait inside on a bench while they load you. Feels like getting booked into a county jail. What a waste of my time.

Fast loading if you on time for your appointment

Most of the time this place is great place to load. They get you in dock pretty much as soon as you get here no matter when your appointment time is and have you loaded in 30 minutes or so. Beware this time of year (harvest season or pack season they call it) because you are generally held close to your appointment time. There is plenty of room to park with restroom and vending machines available. I picked up a couple times last week and one day they had 148 trucks to load. You can see in the pics I posted that trucks were lined up waiting in staging areas. I showed up each morning before 6 am with 1 pm apt times and didn’t get a dock until almost noon each day. Like I said it’s generally a great place to pick up just beware of what time of the year it is.

This was one of the BEST shippers I've ever been to. I arrived 3hrs early to my apt and was immediately given a door. They were done loading in 15 minutes! In and out within 30 minutes.
The absolute only thing I disliked seeing was that they offer a scale on site, but it cost $5 (cash only) to use? Why would you charge drivers anything? I guess it beats paying $14 at the truck stop 2 miles away.. oh well.

People are okay. They're not happy but being there. Not quick to load but steady. You can't stay in your truck while loading, but the bathrooms are open to drivers, and they are pretty clean. The drivers bench sucks but lots of talkative drivers slinging bs.

Things for Seneca foods to understand. Forcing drivers to be inside is taking away from time that we utilize to make something to eat and consume safely, while being loaded or unloaded. You also force drivers to be in a hot environment in the summer. This adds to fatigue. Loading and unloading time is our time to do things we can't while driving.... solution: get gladhand locks and
Or have driver unhook and park in designated area until unloaded. There are options that don't involve drivers essentially being robbed of "free time."
