My friend and I were at Sam's club looking for samples when the lady said"you need a parent".Then we went to another and they gave us the sample.

I was walking around looking for samples and I was going to grab one and she was like " No, you need a adult to be with you to take one of these " Like seriously it was just cheese but anyway me and my friend when down the aisle and there was another one and she let us eat it . So I have no idea what her problem was .

I do not like walking into the store being harassed by the guys trying to get you to sign up with their phone Company-and when you say that you are not interested they don't stop...you literally have to just walk away....so irritating! Also, manager from the demos should not talk about a customer to a worker when the customer is right there and can tell!!! Very unprofessional!

Shout out to Robby for wonderful customer service yesterday afternoon. He was kind and helpful. Went above and beyond. The customer service at this store has been really top notch. Even the gentlemen answering the phones in the morning for customer service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your hard work everyone!!

What a pathetic game plan for doing business.....Look ahead of you Sam's Club Mgmt. see what your competitors are doing........ AMAZ - -, Costco, etc......Wake up or I'm gone! I can't even get a call into your company without a handoff or hang up!That's if I can get through.Buy all your employees mirrors and look into them and repeat and I doing the best job I can given these circumstances? If your answer is no do yourself a favor and get out!

we are plus members from Illinois and supposly there is a Tornado warning and they are telling customers to sit in their cars until 5:30 even though a tornado warning. everyone went back in except Angie Manager. said the warning is until 6:00 pm and come back . they close at 6:00 pm. Multiple of us had to use the washroom and Angie Manager could care less even though I am a diabetic and had to hold my bladder. worst Manager and worst Sam's as what store tells members this is private property you can't pee even though you are a plus member! Sit in your car there is a Tornado warning! Angie didn't want her picture taken and refused to provide us a business card saying Sam's doesn't have business cards.

I am a plus member and I love the extra hours for plus members only. I love “scan&go” . I can get my shopping done fast and efficiently and don’t have to load and unload at checkout. Love love love Sams Club.

Sam’s club has some great deals! The store is always clean and they have friendly staff. I also visit their small food court everytime I go there... Pizza is always hot, freshly baked and it’s cheap!
