When Honda was giving me issues with wanting their loaner vehicle back, Paul Luce (store manager of safelite Janesville) and Zach (safelite repair technician) worked with me to make things easy! Despite Honda telling me to move my vehicle out of their garage, Zach and his trainee came out and replaced my windshield in LESS THAN 30mins!!! My car was on, and my child was in the car throughout the entire process - which may seem small but for a customer that sometimes needs accommodations, it was truly an appreciated gesture for them to work regardless of the situation. Both of them were personable, respectful, caring, QUICK, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They took a stressful situation and made it a great experience with laughter, jokes, and great results. 10/10 would recommend! I commend everyone I spoke to at safelite, as everyone was understanding and made my life easier. THANK YOU! ??

Brought my truck in for a chip a very small chip the tech broke the window so I had to pay out of pocket when I should have paid 0.00 my insurance would have covered the chip at no cost to me!!! Then they didn’t even put an original manufacturer windshield in!!! Be very careful letting these guys do your windows they say 0.00 but it might cost you

I set up an appointment online, dropped my vehicle off, and was told it’d be done in a few hours. An hour later, I received a call saying it was done. Super fast service and a really easy process, plus it was cheaper than my insurance deductible would have been. Will definitely go back if I have any other glass issues.

DO NOT USE SAFELITE……. First guy broke the new window then waited 4 weeks for the next window to come in. The second guy got the window in but scratched the paint down to the metal on the pillars and the roof and the window was miss aligned so the rain sensing wipers did not work took it to the body shop for repair an repaint. the 3rd guy broke another window. Finally after 2 months the job is complete this was a 2023 Ram Limited with less than 10000 miles on it.

Incompetent. Safelite removed the vehicles front windshield before checking that the dealer in fact sent them the correct window replacement. So when they removed/reinstalled it they crack it so severely now it’s very unsafe to drive. Was it their fault the dealership sent wrong window? No, but don’t ya think that the first step should be to check correct windshield was even at the shop… OMG! Keep in mind, I’ve been waiting over 2 months now for this so called windshield to arrive at safelite so you can image how frustrated and upset I would be by now so hearing this info didn’t make me happy but when I even started to question the installer Bill he said, “take it up with my manager”… lol what a joke

My wife set up an appointment online. It was stated that it's an actual "appointment". I come to find out that 930am "appointment" turned into "we will get to it when we can, could be end of day." I told the lady on the phone at 1250pm it was very unclear about it being an appointment or not and she said yes this happens all the time, we have told corporate to fix it. I then cancel my appointment and set up a new one with someone else and they say Safelite is the most expensive place in town. On my way to Safelite after canceling the lady calls and says sorry it will be another 30 mins as our guy has your parts in his pocket and is away from the shop. I then get here and the manager tries to blame me any way he sees fit rather than take any responsibility and apologize. I now realize why 20% of the 164 reviews are 1 star. I also blame myself for not doing more due diligence on selecting someone. Don't use these people. Yikes.

Edit: this has now dragged out nearly a month only for them to now realize they misaligned the first replacement windshield. Don't even bother with these people, go somewhere else.You get what you pay for. While they may have the best prices, both my sides of the molding around my newly replaced windshield peeled away, one side within just hours of the "repair", the other side within days.In addition, they offered an "early bird" offer to be the first customer serviced in the day which I opted for. They said the original window was 8 to 12 in the morning. The representative (hi Lauren) arrived at 9:15 so so much for that.Trying to reach an actual human to resolve the follow up issues was also a nightmare, first dealing with a bunch of automated messages and then constantly being bounced around between locations (Janesville and Madison) as to who had what parts when and who I was actually dealing with.Save your time and sanity dealing with these people and just go somewhere else.

Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Was told that 9:30am appointment was actually just a "drop time", so they could have the car all day but there would be text updates on the status. Received no texts all day. Had to call them twice for an update, and the second time it went to a rep that didn't even work at this location and he said he was unable to reach anyone at janesville location. At this point, it's 4:30pm and they close at 5pm, and I live 30 mins away. This rep finally reaches the horrendous manager, Paul (english accent. I thought english people had manners? Weird. Guess not), at the Janesville location who told the rep that they were "finishing up now and to head out" arrive there right around 5pm and Paul tells us, "actually, it'll be another 20-30 minutes." I simply tell Paul "well, alright. Not really alright, but..." Paul then instantly gets confrontational telling me, "We can have the car all day. You Need to learn to be patient." To which I replied, in a calm tone, "you need to watch the way you're speaking to me." And he replied with, "I don't have to watch how I talk to anyone." SUPER great customer service skills, Paul. He then proceeded to insult me several times and tower over me, a 5'4" girl, as i sat in a chair. This experience has made me realize I don't think that I ever want to use any Safelite if this is how the company let's their MANAGERS speak to customers. Please, avoid this location and especially Paul. I'm going to continue to report to Safelite until something is done about him.

Had good service when I had windshield replaced but I’m trying to get ahold of customer service and the automated phone says “We are unable to take your call right now” and directs me to website. There is no customer service. No voicemail. Nothing. Also it says there are no tickets attached to my phone number but had you replace windshield last year.How do I get actual customer service with people please.

Had a wonderful experience with Safelite. Friendly and professional. Very happy with their work and my new van windshield.
