Great service! They fixed my windshield on my Subaru Legacy quickly and with quality installation. I wish I would’ve came by sooner to fix my cracked windshield if I would’ve known how easy the process would be!
I could drive on the freeway with no worries with the new windshield.

It's interesting to me that a mobile repair company requires the vehicle owner to provide shelter for the techs in case of bad weather. I remember when I traveled working on cars, I carried everything I needed to do my job, including a space heater and popup canopy. After a few reschedules and callbacks to fix the work, hopefully, everything will actually work.
We have had very little luck with safelite actually doing the job right the first time throughout the years on our work vehicles. Turned away once for a personal vehicle, not by this location, though, ended up going to an actual Chevy dealership to replace the Traverse windshield.

Horrible time management, they give you such a big time frame to come and fix your windows and then call right before the time Frame is up to tell you they are an hour or more behind. Very disappointing for the money your spending and waste of time that you are doing sitting and waiting for them to come. Do better, or at least have the consideration for the big time frame you give the people.

This company has lost my business due to their terrible automated system and the fact that they simply encourage everyone to schedule online. I prefer talking to humans instead of getting irritated by automated systems and relying on computers for scheduling.

When Honda was giving me issues with wanting their loaner vehicle back, Paul Luce (store manager of safelite Janesville) and Zach (safelite repair technician) worked with me to make things easy! Despite Honda telling me to move my vehicle out of their garage, Zach and his trainee came out and replaced my windshield in LESS THAN 30mins!!! My car was on, and my child was in the car throughout the entire process - which may seem small but for a customer that sometimes needs accommodations, it was truly an appreciated gesture for them to work regardless of the situation. Both of them were personable, respectful, caring, QUICK, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They took a stressful situation and made it a great experience with laughter, jokes, and great results. 10/10 would recommend! I commend everyone I spoke to at safelite, as everyone was understanding and made my life easier. THANK YOU! ??

Brought my truck in for a chip a very small chip the tech broke the window so I had to pay out of pocket when I should have paid 0.00 my insurance would have covered the chip at no cost to me!!! Then they didn’t even put an original manufacturer windshield in!!! Be very careful letting these guys do your windows they say 0.00 but it might cost you

I set up an appointment online, dropped my vehicle off, and was told it’d be done in a few hours. An hour later, I received a call saying it was done. Super fast service and a really easy process, plus it was cheaper than my insurance deductible would have been. Will definitely go back if I have any other glass issues.

DO NOT USE SAFELITE……. First guy broke the new window then waited 4 weeks for the next window to come in. The second guy got the window in but scratched the paint down to the metal on the pillars and the roof and the window was miss aligned so the rain sensing wipers did not work took it to the body shop for repair an repaint. the 3rd guy broke another window. Finally after 2 months the job is complete this was a 2023 Ram Limited with less than 10000 miles on it.

Incompetent. Safelite removed the vehicles front windshield before checking that the dealer in fact sent them the correct window replacement. So when they removed/reinstalled it they crack it so severely now it’s very unsafe to drive. Was it their fault the dealership sent wrong window? No, but don’t ya think that the first step should be to check correct windshield was even at the shop… OMG! Keep in mind, I’ve been waiting over 2 months now for this so called windshield to arrive at safelite so you can image how frustrated and upset I would be by now so hearing this info didn’t make me happy but when I even started to question the installer Bill he said, “take it up with my manager”… lol what a joke
