I love this store! I usually can find rare items or viral TikTok items in this store. The times on Google are incorrect for the time the store opens on their door it says 9:30 a.m. Google says 9:00 a.m. Alexa says 8:00 a.m. just FYI

My first visit to Ross and I am excited about my area rug purchase. I found a nice quality 8x10 rug for $100. I can't find large area rugs used for that price! The workers we spoke to were very friendly also. The prices her are great!

hello, to who may concern, on May 29, 2024, a tornado was spotted in Janesville area, we are from different town, we didn’t know where to go other than going back Ross l after shopping, some manger on duty or supervisor told us not come in and they’re very rude and don’t care about their customers, whoever is that person telling us to go somewhere else this very concerning and talk to this person, the customer service is very horrible and not empathetic. You need talk this person because this is bad customer service and especially we don’t know where to go! 0/10 customers service
