I arrived at the store within the stated business hours at 5:45pm. A young girl met me at the door to tell me they had already closed and I wasn’t allowed in.Not honoring your advertised hours is bad for business regardless of whether or not the staff wanted to leave early. They lost a sale and a loyal customer today. ??

This is the place to go to get shoes buy one get one free the people are cool help you get what you need there's always parking but you can't beat buying one pair of shoes and getting the other one free Rogan's is cool

Poor customer service. All the workers stood around upfront and never asked if I needed help with anything. Also hard to find specific sizes and styles when the shelves are poorly merchandise.

First time shopper but definitely not the last. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Greeted as soon as we walked in and assistance was offered. The selection is amazing!! From inexpensive to a bit much for my wallet. Nice sale prices as well.

Company is refusing to price match despite saying on their webpage that they price match. I purchased online and picked up in store, a few days later I found lower prices on Zappos, Amazon and Nordstrom. Customer service was extremely rude when I inquired about a price march. This is a textbook example of false advertising. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals online and was surprised how fast I got them. Each pair was wrapped neatly, and the fit was true to size. I am very pleased.

This store surprised me. First of all, I didn't even know it was in it a town close to me. And secondly I certainly didn't realize how amazing of a selection they would have. The staff was amazingly friendly. Got me to exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in probably 25 minutes. I will forever shop at this store as long as they maintain this kind of quality.

I go to rogans for my work steel toe or esd shoes , don't always have my sizes that fit proper or the comfort level very frustrating at this store sometimes.
