Horrible
Cut too deep and hurt like hell. Polish was buffed off after it was done. One nail has a huge bubble due to the numerous layers of polish.Not an enjoyable time at all

I went in for a pedicure since I'm going on vacation the lady cut to much and to deep and now my toes are bleeding and I have infection in both my big toes.
I only went to them because they weren't busy and now I see why. If you want your toes messed up go to this place but I suggest going somewhere else.
The only good thing is it's in Walmart so if you like people watching you get a show.

This place is horrible when it comes to appointments. Made an appointment for my mom for 10:45 this morning for a pedicure Got there at 10:45 AM as scheduled and the place was full of people. My mom let them know she has an appointment at 10:45 they looked at her as if they had no clue then turned to each other and mumbled. Then asked us if it was at 11 AM. We said no and that the appointment was at 10:45, they then didn’t say a word to us but had us just standing there. No apologies or anything. We just left. Never again will we go back to that place. If there’s an option for no star I would give them that. Having to give them 1 star just to write this review is not right.

I’m not happy ! I had to go to the ER because she got an “ingrown” nail.. it bleed and now i need a shot for an infection.. she was soooo rough on my toenails

I asked for manicure, which I did not get. I was given just a polish change. It was listed on the sign for $33, but when I went to check out I was told $45. When I asked why, I was told $35 for the nail polish, $5 for getting cat's eye polish (which I wasn't told was extra when I picked it out) and then $5 to remove the old polish. That is ridiculous. I have never been charged for polish removal anywhere else. It's always included in the base fee. I will never go back. The actual nail tech waa nice and did a pretty good job, though he did cut me twice.

I got a gel manicure and overall they did a good job. I thought it was odd that they didn’t soak my hands, cut my cuticles, lotion my hands, or do any sort of hand massage. I paid $35+ tip. Most places are similar in price and do all the above. But other than that, it was ok!Service: Manicure

I have went in there before. And the younger lady that works there did an amazing job on my eyebrows. There was an older lady there and I had asked her that I wanted service from the younger lady and she insisted on doing them for me. I told her I just wanted a clean up. First picture is how my eyebrows usually are. Before and after a clean up. After the lady did my eye brows they were super thin. She then proceed to even before I had looked at them say you don’t like them do you? I said no and no refund was offered to me or anything

I have been getting my nails done here for years now. Well worth an hour drive for me to have someone who consistently cares about customer satisfaction do my mani/pedis. Their attention to detail is above par. Absolutely love this place!Services: Acrylic nails

I like the application process of her dip. But she was unnecessarily rough. She actually cut me and made me bleed. I gave her one more chance bc hers is the only dip that lasted the full 3 weeks with no chips or cracks. But she was even more rough. She’s rude. And she filed them straight even though I said NOT to both times. I gave her 2 stars bc they did actually last 3 weeks. That’s the ONLY positive.Service: Manicure
