I only knocked a star off to make these real because Ive had a unpleasant experience here a long time ago but it's gotten way better since and the person who maintains the fish tanks usually does a great job at it unlike other stores. If u need fresh or saltwater marine fish or supplies right away they can help and they also have quite a bit of other things for cats dogs, reptiles and even some little furry creatures, if u honestly love your pets, give this company a lil buisness because they do donate to good causes as well as usually hire people who love animals and why we like em

The works are always so friendly and have all the answers to my questions. They always have what I need in stock for my dog and turtle, which is so nice not having to wait for things to be shipped.

Always have what I need and with some good deals. The vital care membership is worth it if you have mutiple pets or reptiles like myself. I'm in here or a pet store mutiple times a week so it's great to get everything I need at once and at a decent price

We need to give more reviews when we are very satisfied with a place!
The two front register clerks that helped me today at about 615 pm, in Janesville, buy a small bag of dogfood for my sick dog at home, made my day!!! (I’m trying a new food after the vet’s recommendation, but started with a small bag!) They were very cordial, gave me a discount for waiting what I thought was an appropriate amount of time! Thank you both for making a difference in my otherwise stressful day!!

I think it’s ridiculous that you charge 10 cents for a bag to carry out things from your store while everything in your store is overpriced . This is why on line shopping is driving you guys out of business
