Batteries Plus would sell us a battery but refused to put in the truck because it was too cold for him. He told us if we wanted a battery and have it installed, to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Thanks for sending us to O'Reillys ! Nate was great to work with and put in our new battery with no hesitation (or complaint about the cold). That's what you call "customer service". Thanks Nate!

My windshield wiper broke. Came into the store today, asked the man behind the counter where I could find windshield wipers and what kind I would need. He stated isle 4. I asked if they could put them on he stated to cold. No offer to help and very short with me. Called auto zone where they were very kind, spoke to me when I entered the store, asked what kind of vehicle I had, obtained the windshield wipers and installed them for me. Definitely, will NOT be going back to O’Riellys!!

O'reilly's is always good. Even when the person behind the counters, having a bad day with a manager or whatever they always act professional and they treat you very good. I happened to have had a problem with a hybrid car. And they normally don't do anything. And I didn't have any tools with me. And I needed to change this 12 V battery. It's the one that starts to engine and standard on the counter. And the young man helped me and I don't remember his name but. I have to give A++++

Ed(Edward) was amazingly nice and helpful. Changed out the spark plug for my daughter's car and even came back out when her car wouldn't move, she didn't realize car wasn't on all they way. Told us to call anytime if we had issues. Extremely went above and beyond !

Went there a few months ago and got a battery, oil change, and a window switch. Today the switch stopped working, no continuity when tested. Went to warranty the part and found out there was no record of the purchase, no warranty. Checked my bank to make sure I wasn't mixing up parts stores but it shows the purchase at oreillys. I don't blame the guy behind the counter, but he did say that he stresses to his people about taking numbers which tells me he knows its an issue with his people. Also shows no warranty for any parts after 2014. Fix your record keeping and train your people. Customers shouldn't lose money on bad parts because your people aren't doing the job right. Will be going through a different parts store for my shop and me going forward.

Needed a brake light replaced. It was a bit of a challenge on my car, but they took the time to take care of it, all it cost me was the price of the bulbs. Very professional and great service!
