“We went to Jiffy Lube in Janesville, WI today and arrived around 12:30. We were thrilled that we were immediately greeted by the manager. (I’m so sorry I did not get his name.) He directed us to go inside and pulled our car into the bay. They already had our information in their computer as we have been there a few times before. We got the same blend synthetic oil we have gotten in the past. He told us to go to their website and get their coupon which was $26 off.
We were out of there in less than 30 minutes. I feel we were treated very well and while they showed us our air filters they were not pushy to replace them. Our overall experience was amazing and if I could give more stars I would.”
“Had a balancing issue w one of the tires from the set. Ordered a new one. Removed the bad, No issues. They r going to an appointment schedule more like Discount Tire, which will be nice vs the constant walk ins. Will be back.”
