I’ve brought my 2019 Ram 1500 to these guys twice now. Today, they went up and beyond. All I needed was a simple exhaust leak fixed (blown out gasket) so I should have been in and out in no time. They were busy when I arrived, was told to come back in a couple hours which I did.
They got my truck on the lift, showed me the gasket that was bad, gave me two options (order another gasket from a dealer, or just cut out the gasket and weld a permanent pipe in place which he ended up doing)
When he took it off the lift, I met him in the parking lot to grab my wallet to meet him inside to square up with him. He proceeded to tell me it was on the house, due to my 2 and a half hour wait. I was pleasantly surprised. I shook his hand, and told him I greatly appreciate the nice gesture.
This is how you build a reputable business that will keep customers coming back. I know for sure that if I ever need anything done to my vehicle in the future, without question I’ll be giving Mexmuffler my business.

Needed exhaust work done, local mechanic said he couldn't get to it for 2 weeks. Drove into MexMuffler, no appointment (got there early), had to wait about 15 minutes before they could look at my car. Mechanic explained what needed to be repaired with an exact quote. In an hour we were heading home with a quiet exhaust. Awesome experience, friendly staff, will definitely recommend this shop to others.

My exhaust broke into 2 pieces and was almost dragging on the ground. I was able to come here and my exhaust was fixed less than 30 minutes later. Super friendly and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

2/5 instead of 1/5 as they did good exhaust work for me in the past. I normally change my own oil, but was short on time before moving across country, so let these guys do it. All seemed fine until I went to go change it again just 2mo later myself. The filter was on so darn tight I had to use a pipe wrench to remove it. I gave them a new oil plug to use and they used my old one instead, and it was in so loose I could almost twist it out by hand. Finally, they put in 5q instead of 4.5q so when I went to drain it - it overflowed a 5qt empty jug. So, they screwed up on all three counts. Granted, the half quart over didn't hurt anything, I did manage to get the filter off after a LOT of effort, and the plug was tight enough to not rattle itself loose and fall out or leak... but come on guys - you can surely do better work than that!
P.S. My pipe wrench was just a hair too small so had to crush the end a bit with the C clamp in pic in order to fit the wrench over it.
