They gave me meds that made getting an allergy test impossible. They did not tell me this, I had to pay 2.5k for an inconclusive test. And they must have known it.. unless they have no idea what they are doing. They have also been very bad to my father, shipping the wrong meds and not giving him the amount he needs. We go to st Mary's now, which is much much better. I suggest everyone else does too.

Urgent care often ignores looking into issues I've had and problems my daughter has been having. Her Dr did not agree with how she was put off, and did not understand why they wouldnt listen to me about wanting more tests done.

They get a three star because the one female pharmacist has a real nasty unfriendly attitude. I don't care what anybody else says. The male pharmacist and all the other assistance are friendly. Helpful and caring. Bad woman. I have no idea how many bad days of person can have but she has one every day I'm there

I have Quartz insurance. I went to see Dr Bautista on November 2, 2022 for my checkup. I checked in and was told I did not have a copay because Quartz has a wellness visit once a year with no copay. They turned around and sent me a bill for my copay. I called and questioned this and was told that Bautista had put down multiple items so it was coded as being 2 visits. I had no concerns at this time, just answered multiple questions he asked me. They have the right to do this according to Quartz and Mercy health. They can charge as many copays as they see fit. As expensive as health care is and to be charged double? What a scam!

Time and time again the receptionists are very rude and snappy. If you hate your job that bad go find something else or just stay home.

I’m furious with these monsters. I have an injury and am in pain and I got transferred to nine different people asking to make an appointment before I was put on infinite hold. American healthcare is a myth.

I had the absolute worst experience with Dr. Honarkhah and his staff. I went to the wrong clinic totally by accident on August 11th, 2022. I had an appointment at 4pm with Dr. Honarkhah. I was on time but at the wrong clinic. The staff at Mercy North called Mercy East and told them what happened and that I would be on my way. When I got to the appointment desk at Mercy East (4:09 pm.) to check in the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said I was late and now that I was late once I couldn't be a patient of Dr. Honarkhah's. I have never heard of such a RIDICULOUS protocol. She asked me if I would like to reschedule with a different doctor. I said are you kidding me I will be looking for a new doctor at SSM and that is what I have done. My wife and I will be doctoring at SSM from now and will NEVER be going back to Mercy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove 150 miles to see my doctor of 10 plus years, I was 20 minutes late and they canceled my appointment, great policy!

I've been telling them for 3 weeks when I go for my son's appointments that there is a dead bird right by the front door, they still haven't picked it up. Last thing we want to see is a rotting bird carcass when we are going into a medical office. Totally disgusting.

If people need their medicine, they will die waiting, second I was miss diagnosed. The doctor told me that I was fine, almost died of streptococcal pneumonia. Admitted immediately after going to another hospital! Now can’t get my prescription I have had for over 20 years. You will die here!

I was employed there, had to resign due to being deployed for a mission trip and ministry. I gave them 4 weeks notice. I received a paycheck that had a sign on bonus with my normal paycheck. I have called my supervisor, my director, the head of ER, the payroll, payroll supervisor, I have left a ticket for someone to handle it with a “critical” on there since we were leaving. I never cashed the paycheck and all I did was ask if they could cancel the check and re-issue it without the bonus. They stated no. No explanation, no one stated they would help, I was on hold 5 times with Human Resources, my recruiter, the onboarding team and I would say it was about 6 hours of phone holds and transfers and no answers. I still have the check, we are on mission, not getting paid and no one has stepped up to help solve this issue. I’m deeply unsatisfied and disappointed with Bon Secours as a whole. I would definitely tell people to not waste their time or efforts investing into this company and I am not done complaining or seeking counsel on my last two paychecks.
