Just unhappy with Mercy in general, went to urgent care for a Workmen’s Comp. foot injury. They sent me over to occupational health and then they wouldn’t see me till four hours later and ended up at the ER instead. If you get hurt, just go to UW or Dean.

So I came here for my job for physical and drug screen one hour 3o minute wait in the lobby (also showed up 20minutes early for paperwork)

Audrey the receptionist is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever encountered in a place of business. Called my place of work multiple times discussing person information with my employer. Completely inappropriate.
