Very disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past, and while we had received our products we ordered, it was like pulling teeth to get a response on time and status from the team. Our orders were not sent in a timely manner. This last time, we put our order in 2 months before Christmas hoping that should be enough time. When we put our order in we didn't get confirmation it was received until weeks later. Then there was just no more communication. I reached out a few times to get an update on our order to get a response back around 3 weeks later or just not at all. It has now been 3 months since we put an order in. I was told 3 weeks ago that some of the order had been ready but not all. I asked to ship the done order. No response. Or Order. I sent a last email asking to send all of the order or no order at all. Still no response. We will not be going back.

When I needed some t-shirts for my small business, I looked online and at all of the local options and Uniform Gallery was the best on price and on speed! I think there is an assumption that one of the web based companies will be cheaper/easier/faster, and that just isn't true. I highly recommend the Uniform Gallery!
