Never got to see the vet. The ladies "helping" us seemed confused as to why we were even there. Neither were interested in hearing anything other than their specific question being asked, which means they were making decisions without the information of: having green fluid extruding from the gums when the problem was first noticed. For routine pet visits, maybe they are fine. Anything outside of routine, don't waste your time or money.

Dr. McSweeney and Denise (receptionist) have cared for Mila for about 17 yrs. There have been some major health issues during those years and I always know that the team at All Creatures will take good care of my beloved pet as well as our family's relationship with the pet. They are very good listeners and present facts and solutions to try and guide the very best decisions for healthcare. I read another review here that someone complained that they felt they were being charged for things without knowing. In my experience I ask for an estimate of services and they are always willing to provide that. I also know what I am facing for costs. Sometimes life gets in the way and healthcare of an animal goes by the wayside for a bit. The staff at All Creatures never makes you feel bad for not taking your pet in for awhile , they simply pick up where we're at now. I would recommend this veterinary care clinic to anyone looking for reasonable, quality care. We've been very satisfied.

We've brought our dogs here for years and both the staff and the vet is amazing. Dr. McSweeney is extremely down to earth, and a great guy. When our dog got hit by a car and had a broken leg several years ago, we called him in a panic and he immediately dropped everything and met us at the clinic even though it was outside of his office hours. We put two of older dogs to sleep here when the time came and the staff and Dr. McSweeney were patient and so kind; they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and ensured that no other appointments were booked near ours so that we didn't feel rushed. He has also been great about explaining treatment options when our dogs have had health issues, including explaining what solutions are the most cost-effective - I've never felt pressured to purchase any services for my pets. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Everyone was kind. Wonderful 1st experience. Brought my new ragdoll kitten in for her first spot. They were able to give it in such a way that she didn't even notice at all! She will not be afraid to go back. Vet was kind, thorough, and unrushed. We felt important and cared for.

Do not take you beloved pet there!!! They LOVE to put you on the monetary elevator without telling you! They love pulling teeth and charging everyone for services not authorized. Stay away! Go to the place down the street, that will give your pet way better care and at a much better price. This place should be called all wallets big leave small!!

I have been going here for about two years now. Dr. McSweeney is so awesome. I have two cats and a dog, and they all are pretty comfortable in the vet office, which isn't very common (at least in my experience). The ladies at the receptionist desk are awesome as well. I started going to All Creatures when I found out about a rescue kitten that they had. A friend of mine was friends with one of the ladies who works at the front desk, and I just had to have this furry little friend. The kitten had somehow managed to get caught up in a car engine and ended up having to have her tail removed all together. The doctor did all of this work for free, which, I'm sure, wasn't cheap. I pestered them for weeks and finally they agreed to let me have her, and ever since the relationship has been great! I highly, highly recommend trying this vet clinic out. I've tried numerous others in the area, and nowhere compares.
