WOW! I could not have been happier with the professional, yet personalized, experience of working with Kevin Clark and Brittany Brandt at MDR. I felt like a priority and that feeling can't be topped when looking for a home. I would not have gotten the house of my dreams without the consistency, punctuality and knowledge of this team. 10/10 would recommend!

The team at Making Dreams Realty is so professional and yet personal at the same time. They have helped me now both buy and sell my first home. Their integrity and work ethic really shine. I worked with Ryan Koenig specifically for both my purchasing and selling, and he is truly an advocate for his people. I also worked with Kim Crouch who was exceptional as well. I could not recommend this real estate agency enough.

Amy and Roxy with MDR were absolutely amazing at helping my fiancé and I buy our first home. Just purchased the perfect little home thanks to MDR and their team. Todd Bailey has been phenomenal! I can't describe how grateful I am with the time and effort he provided to help me during this journey. He was there pretty much "holding my hand" every step of the way making sure I understood everything and that I did not miss something. We visited a large amount of houses to find the perfect one. He was transparent about the good, the bad and all in between. He was patient, he was not pushy, he was honest, he understood my needs/wants and made himself available when needed. This review, does not even represent everything Todd did for me and two other family members that I recommended to work with Todd. In my opinion, Todd went above and beyond what I could ever expect from a realtor or a consultant. I have talked to few realtors in the past and nothing compares. He represented the meaning of "Making Dreams" reality. Todd is also very resourceful and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about purchasing a home, start there. Tina at MDR went above and beyond to make the home buying experience feel effortless and comfortable. My fiancé and had absolutely no clue what we were doing since we are first time home buyers. Tina went to many showings with us and was honest with us about how she felt about properties. We really really appreciated that. When one of our offers got declined on what we thought was our dream property, Tina told us everything happens for a reason and was right there to help us when we got down. Tina ended up showing us another property, we put an offer in, and it got accepted! When we had to fix some chipped paint on the deck, Tina was there helping us clean it up and paint it. Tina is what you want in a realtor; she really goes above and beyond for her clients. We are now in our home, happy as can be! Thank you so much Tina! We appreciate everything you have done for us.

Thank you to all that helped us with the sale of my dads home this past January. It took a few months, but Ryan and the whole team helped me with the struggles and tips to get the house sold. This is the second time we have used them for real estate and will likely continue if we ever decide to move locally again. Great job guys!

My wife and I recently purchased a house with help from Ryan. He was amazing to work with and he made the process of buying our first home very easy.
