I walked in, after using my gas and time to ask for "Shannon" Then I found an associate with a 5 year badge that told me she didn't know Shannon, or Scott, the manager in Millwork. I sat outside in a chair for 10 minutes or so. This "last" who had been there 5 + years walks out and told me "Scott" who I had never met was busy interviewing someone for a job I applied for a week ago. Shannon.... Who I had read her badge...... Wasn't there

It was a bit confusing to arrive their without anyone there to provide instruction on trailer drop/pick-up locations, but with a bit of searching I was able to figure it out and claim my load.

Easy in and out. Quick unload. Gate is 1434#, go to door #5. Use the phone to check in (same for drop and hook-instructions are on the door). Will assign a dock, tandems back, drop trailer and pull out a few feet. Can't go in building due to Covid, but have a port a jon by door 5.
