These people DO NOT like to answer the phone. Friday May 24th 2024 I called at 4:50 PM I was hung up on 8 fricking times. Why, well let's see...It's Friday, it's a holiday weekend, oh right, instead of doing their job UNTIL 5PM they hang up on you multiple times. Don't waste your time or money people.

It says 8am-5pm but they stop attending clients at 4pm…… they say they are closing but there is still an hour left …? Not professional. And front desk also not professional…. And prices are high! Cheaper to get parts at auto zone or any where else with longer warranty on them.. would not recommend going here.

Attention truckers!!! delivering Auto Parts LKQ backup to any doc from 10 to 23 then walk inside the door next to dock 10 and go straight back and there's a window on the left hand side that is where you check in. I hope this helps somebody

how to order spare parts, I arrived at your site in Janesville, some employee asked what I needed, I said spare parts for my car and that I needed to talk to someone, I was told to wait and they ignored me for half an hour, after Why did I just have to leave, you either don’t let clients onto the site or find one manager to walk away

You guys really need to to have direct contact to the local parts/yard store. You guys have fancy website rambling about the company but make it very insufficient to get a hold of anyone for parts.

I tried to give you my money, I make a call and told to use LKQ online, online doesn't break down to throttle body, I call and get told there is no more retail, when I ask how do I look this part up I'm asked to hold for a literal 2 seconds and am greeted with "I just tried and I don't know how, I can transfer you to Chicago but you'd have to drive there" garbage place, even worse customer service.

Absolutely horrible hold times plan to be on the phone for at least a half hour waiting for someone. They have said in the past they are working on this, reviews from 3 years ago saying their hold times were just as long say they are in fact not working on it.

This place marks up the price 50% and almost all the parts. Getting ahold of a person who knows anything about parts takes forever and they keep you on hold for over 10 minutes. And now they have no over the counter sales everything is on line so now they can charge another fee to there super high prices. This place is less than one star 100%
