I definitely want to give Kylie a super big 5 star review! Everytime, visiting this location and she serves me, her customer service is on point to a T. She definitely makes my day brighter with her kindness and awesome hospitality. She works super hard, and does it with good vibes. She is an amazing worker and addition to the Kwik Trip Team. She definitely deserves a raise.

I've gone to the same store on court st. Janesville wi for a long time now and I go in with my id to purchase my cigarettes ans the lady denied because of a different customer not connected to my transaction who purchased items as well she asked her for her id. She had nothing to do with my transaction. So I will no longer go to quick trip. I've gotten sick from there hot food before and if u work customer service you should know who comes to your store very often I was a loyal customer. But from now on I will take my business elsewhere

The worse fried chicken I’ve even seen
No breading on it and it is extremely soggy. The chicken tenders are also extremely sorry. No breading. And extremely soggy.

Just horrible they never have any chips or respect the treat people differently if your not a familiar face. If you ask them a question about anything you need they say it’s out of stock without going to the back and checking.SMH it’s a quick trip alright because you come out with nothing in your hand.

Cant get iced coffee cause "They don't know which cup to use". Wouldn't let me use the nitro cup cause it wasn't the right cup it's for nitros not the iced coffee.

Stopped by for cappuccino,all machines were down, decided on coffee all machines were empty this store was in sad shape,not very clean.didn't impress me at all

I can't imagine why this location has such a low rating. Especially when compared to other gas stations and convenience stores in a 10 miles radius, I think this place is great! A nice variety of coffee and coffee condiments, a good atm (possibly always fee-free), gift cards for businesses other than KT and a small selection of traditional cards. There's plenty of groceries if you forgot something, mostly cheaper than the grocery store practically across the street, and yummy warm food for on-the-go. One can *usually*, but not always find slightly cheaper gas in Footville, but KT has E8 available to those who prefer it. I've never had a problem with any of my purchases and most of the employees are above and beyond kind. Especially that sweet older lady that works most late nights. I wish I knew her name and actually feel bad that I don't because she deserves major kudos for the attitude and commitment she's shown to great customer service.

A decent KT, not much parking (esp for larger trucks - just park at the pump) and the interior is packed quite tight, especially around the counters. It was adequate for what we needed but definitely an old school KT in need of an update.

Something has happened. I'll not purchase any more hot food from this business. At 2 different stores on 11/05 I purchased pizza. It was soggy and the topping was burned. I mentioned the condition of the $10 pizza and suggested a discount. I was told to remove the scorched ingredients. That was the specialty pizza. I also purchased chicken tenders and waffle fries. Same condition. Soggy, scorched food. I'll just not purchase hot food from this business again. I have relied on the hot food from Kwik Trip for years and just recently the quality has declined well below the cost. I ended up discarding the food and going to Culvers. Sad state of affairs for Kwik Trip
