Jerry is a top-notch embroidery machine repairman. I took it elsewhere and was told they fixed it and had the same issue. I took it to Jerry and he was very determined to fix it. He repaired my Babylock bmp6 and was very reasonably priced. Thank you Jerry!

My opinion of Jerry's Sewing & Vacuum is no longer positive. While I still love my Miele vacuum, Jerry's Sewing and Vacuum service stinks. Weeks and weeks and weeks waiting for a machine repair which never happened. I picked up my unrepaired machine and didn't look back. Furthermore, the posted store hours are merely a suggestion. We drove an hour to find the store locked up tight when it was supposed to be open. Terrible, terrible store.

Stopped into this place today just for a quick question about my machine, looking just to see if Someone could just take a look to see if I was threading the machine correctly since I was having problems with the thread breaking was rudely told that he didn’t know anything about this brother machine and that there was 50 machines in line in front of me and then if I wanted to leave it it would be 2 to 3 weeks before he could even look at it as I would have to wait in line in front of all the people that were in front of me even though there was no one but a lady in the store looking for a vacuum cleaner today. Very disappointed will never go in there Again. Buyer beware there are so many machines sitting around I wonder if he even knows how to fix one.

My sewing machine has been there for four months and I've already paid for the work. I was told I'd be called when it was fixed and I didn't want to hassle them. But I've tried to go there every day this week and it's closed, no longer even having an hours sign on the door! Is it closed for good?

I recently went to Jerry’s in search of a new sewing machine. I went on a Thursday. I am a wheelchair user and had to park as far as possible away from the door in order to have access to the sidewalk (ramp). The sidewalk was almost impassable due to overgrown planting and a rather large branch that I had to reach down and move as it was too large to roll over.I finally found myself inside the store. There was one man there, I have no idea who he was—owner, employee. He was on the phone complaining to someone that he was closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I hesitated, just inside the door, realized it was Thursday, so I turned around to leave. He then interrupted his phone call to ask what I wanted—not “may I help you?” or a similar appropriate greeting. He said “man, what do you want?” I explained that I was looking for a new machine. He growled/snarled that he hasn’t been able to get any since April.I left—making certain to notice that there were NO posted signs stating the store’s hours of operation. Also, if the store is CLOSED, why were the doors unlocked???I have no idea who he was talking to on the phone, but when he interrupted the conversation, he never said “hang on _____” or anything comparable. In general I would describe him as unprofessional, rude, and lacking basic customer service skills.I found the store crowded (especially considering that they have no machines to sell) and looking in need of a good cleaning. I was DEFINITELY not impressed with the man I spoke to and will never attempt to visit the store again.
