We have had great service for years for many dogs. They are caring and compassionate. We have had several different veterinarians and all have treated my pets as their own. With all the craziness the pandemic brought they always made my pets comfortable going in and they looked delighted coming out. Several times they have opted to wait on expensive procedures to see if what we tried worked first. We talk through options and decide on the best and most cost effective treatment. We are very happy with their service and their professionalism.

Dr. Nicole has been so great to work with. We’ve put her knowledge to the test and she’s come thru big time! Our senior dog has had a heck of a time with his eyes They’ve been red and raw with lots of drainage and crusties. Dr. Nicole has persisted and our pup’s eyes are finally clearing up! It’s been months since his eyes have looked this good! I hope she doesn’t mind, but I’ll be recommending her to anyone who will listen! Thank you Dr. Nicole for bringing our old guy back to life!!!

I have to say that this clinic is so caring and really love animals and understand how much people love their fury family. Dr Nicole was great with my dog harley when she found he had cancer and when we made the hard decision it was time she was so caring and knew what we were going through. Dr Nicole thank you and Janesville Veterinary clinic for being there for the animal and the parent of the animal. Thank you Janesville Veterinary clinic for letting my daughter Amber who works with Janesville Veterinary clinic to leave early from Eastside and come say goodbye to our Harley in his final day

Dexter just received such tender caring service for an unscheduled appointment from Dr. Mike … Dexter is not a fan of going to the vet but all went well ♥️?

The staff of vet technicians along with Dr Mike were absolutely wonderful with my 16 year old cat Riot. When it came time to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner has to make they were all extremely supportive. Can not thank them enough it meant alot to me!

+Very clean facility. +Takes covid19 precautions seriously in 2021 by requiring pet owners to call from the parking lot to check in, mask up (regardless of vaccination status), limit one human in per visit, or pet to go alone. I don't know why anyone would not want to go with their pet, but hey.. +Polite vet techs +Nice doctors -Expensive -Can have long wait times for appointments -Can upsell you on things you don't need Additionally, they tried to sell me a heartworm test, and heartworm meds when I told them twice that my little lad has been on heartworm/flea/tick prevention medication for the past three years consistently (I just order them online from sierrapetmeds.com). I took my boy in because he won't stop chewing his feet. I think it's stress, because he licks furniture compulsively before this, but now we went through a move, and a death in the family of my other dog (the very best dog ever, RIP Baby Nigo ), so I put a cone on him so he couldn't lick/chew anymore, but they gave us clavamox and apaquil for his skin infection and itchiness, but nothing to chill him out. We'll follow this course, and if it doesn't work we will try something else. My mom and stepdad recommended I go there after they took their dog there for her eye, they said they were booked 4 weeks out, but because she had an eye problem they could get her in later that day or the next day because they don't like to wait around with eye issues.

? Use to love this vet...then they became obsessed with drugging dogs. So I started doing shots myself, now getting bs over heartguard because my dog "missed" a visit. Of course he missed it, did the shots myself because I'm not drugging my dog to appease some vet who doesn't know how to approach or deal with dogs.

I would give 0 stars if needed. This clinic use to be wonderful and caring. Now we feel it's all a money machine. They don't take any emergency call for an appointment to fit you in right away that day ; you would be lucky to get in the next day but they will charge you an urgent care fee. That is terrible - you go to the vet because there is an urgency or yearly appointment. Thank goodness another vet took our call serious and got us in. We are no longer clients with this vet clinic. The other Vet now will have our business. Maybe the lack of care and compassion comes from taking to many clients; won't be our problem anymore.

Even though visits have to be pet-only for now, I still felt completely included at each step. The staff is friendly and obviously cares for the animals. They go the extra mile for you!

Went to this vet clinic with our 2 dogs when we moved to town and I thought they were over priced on my first visit however, small animal vets are notoriously expensive. I sucked it up and we used them again for annual checkups one more year. One of our dogs quit walking on one foot a couple of days ago and so we took him in today, before we even made the phone call I told my wife it would cost around $300 and I was very close. Because you can't go in, we dropped him off and then picked him up while they ran tests. We got home with him and they called asking for another $45 for "hospital stay." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! you just gouged me over $300 and now you want another $45. Turns out he has a very aggressive bone cancer and needs to be put down. They won't get the chance to get another dime out of me. Unless you have bottomless pockets avoid this place. Fear free is only for the pets, you should be scared as the owner.

Worst vets ever. They are rude and only care about money. My cat was very ill and I decided to have her euthanized. They came to my place, and the first thing they asked for when I opened the door was the check. My cat was in so much pain and was so scared. They turned on a loud razor to try to shave her leg. My cat freaked out. Then they were going to cover her up with a blanket, but I know my cat and I knew it would make things worse. I asked them what else they could do. They told me they would have to inject it into her muscle and it would hurt. It DID. It was horrible. I realized too late that they should have sedated her first but didn't. I wanted to give my beautiful cat a peaceful end, but she was robbed of that. It is unforgivable.
