Dan in service and Jason in management were very helpful! Got us in and taken care of within a half hour. We bought our subie last year from another dealership and our battery was old and needed the upgraded version per subaru specs and just like the Love slogan, subaru of Janesville made us feel like family and took care of our family!

I called ahead, first thing in the morning to confirm I could test drive a car on their lot that afternoon. Received a confirmation text for my time to test drive the vehicle. When I drove the 40 minutes it took to get there, I was informed the car was sold this morning. Either they lied when they said I could test drive it, or they purposefully didn’t notify me when the vehicle was sold, either way to trick me to come to the dealership anyways to try and sell me on something else. Waste of my time and yours.

Expect dealer to push many things on you that you do not need. If you take any, will cost you thousands of dollars extra. Did not honor internet price. Kept us in office for four hours after many attempts to finalize via email the week prior.

I’ve loved Janesville Subaru for years. In my opinion, they are what a dealership should strive to be. Their service department kept my first Forester on the road. Hoping for the same service with my second.

We had a terrible experience trying to purchase a car here. The salesperson was friendly and kind but after the test drive, we were trying to get an estimate of what it would cost to purchase and we sat for over an hour with no answer. Every 20 minutes or so they would come back and ask a different question that was irrelevant to the cost. I merely wanted to know an estimated price to see if we were interested in continuing and they refused to do that simple task. We drove many hours out of the way to come here and it was truly a waste of time. They clearly had no interest in us as a customer but rather than being direct and saying that, they wasted our time.

my boyfriend and I chose Janesville Subaru for his first new car, a Crosstrek Wildnerness edition. Bryce was awesome and very helpful and personable. my boyfriend had visited the dealership to test drive and see his options first, one thing that stuck out to me was that even though we'd made it known at the first visit we weren't planning to leave with a new car that day, Bryce followed up with him and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole sale. most car dealers give up making the sale or give poor service when they know you're not there to buy something right away, so i was pleasantly surprised by this. Bryce was a newer employee and answered most questions thoroughly, when he didn't know an answer he'd find someone who did instead of trying to make something up. the financial associate we spoke to was awesome too, i think his name was Mike. everyone we spoke to was super friendly and we didn't feel pushed towards unnecessary add ons.

We recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Outback from Janesville Subaru. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant experience. The sales and business staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Our Product Specialist, Andrej, was personable and communicative. We recommend Janesville Subaru to anyone else considering the purchase of a new or used Subaru.

The crew at Janesville Subaru go out of their way to make your experience spectacular. Our sales rep Hailey helped us through the entire sales process. Jeff the GM is active on the floor talking with everyone that comes in and made us feel at home. This is exactly why we drive from Minneapolis to buy all of our Subaru Vehicles. Shout out to Seth, the service advisor. Great customer service provided! Had a significant preventative maintenance and for one of the items initially proposed, saw everything was aligned so did not perform the service saving me some money. The report was significant and thorough. Was over 3 hours but able to get lunch and do shopping within walking distance.

My wife and I just drove from Rockford to Janseville for our scheduled 7:45 service appointment for our Subaru Crosstrek. when we arrived every single bay was full and cars were lined up inside and out. We arrived on time and were told it would be at least one hour wait before our car would even get in for our scheduled service appointment.. We left and will never go back to this irrresposible place for service. So Adios Janseville Subaru, good riddance.
