I bought a 2023 Subaru Forester at Janesville Subaru. I worked with Nicholas C and Deana W, they both knew their products well, could answer all of my questions and were willing to give me the time I needed to make a decision. Deana went above and beyond when it was time for me to take delivery of the car. She spent at least an hour with me discussing the car's features and demonstrated them to me in the car. I felt confident when I drove away that if I had questions that I could contact Deana for assistance.

I am a senior citizen. I have purchased 9 vehicles from dealers in 40 years and this is the first and last time I have been fooled into "extras." This dealer is the most dishonest I have ever met. They told me I did not have an option to not accept their $399 "anti-theft" fee which I still have no idea what it is. They also charged a $2,295 fee for "armor protection." I missed this as there was a fee in the same amount that I agreed to for extended warranty. I have no problem as I willingly agreed to the $2,295. I simply did not catch the "armor protection" fee till it was too late. Phil, General Manager did return $1,038 of that fee to me but before that happened the Finance Manager called me a liar while he was lying to me about what did and didn't occur during the sales process. I have no problem with the car after two days. My concern is their dishonest business practices.

In 44 years this was the worse experience by a sales team/managers I have experienced, and my family has 4 Subarus. Went to buy for my daughter and seemed like trickery adn lies each time.. We settled on a price, $35K, then they changed it to $37,500, then we started over and settled for $36,250 and then they started other changes on last day. Adding accessories they say are dealer mandated is a lie and nothing more than to drive up costs again. Last minute after 4 days of back and forth stating that electronic signatures are not permitted after we expressed that in the beginning because daughter is in Colorado and it was OK they again stated this dealership does not allow electronic signatures. Seems a lie because they can sell and ship. This car was to replace daughter's totaled Subaru. The last day was to close and then after wife leaves to head home an hour away, they dump they need daughter to fly in to sign paper so that meant my wife needed to drive an hour back to get me and I had to walk a couple miles to sit because it was now a no deal purchase with one lie after another. This is not good business when it is built on lies.

Contacted one of their sales reps about a vehicle they had. Agreed to come down and look at it. Informed him it was a 1-1/2 hour drive for my wife and I. All of a sudden he's not responding to my texts or calls. I call the dealership that morning and am told he's not working that day (this was the day we agreed on) and got assigned to someone else. Upon arrival the rep I was assigned looked like he just left his job at Hardees to come and sell cars. We take the car out and as my wife is driving and I am looking through the CarFax report I notice some very obvious discrepancies in the timeline of where the car had been. I question our rep and he has no words. We get back to the dealership and he goes to talk to the sales manager about the CarFax report. The manager comes out and very abruptly tells us that's why they provide it. I state that if there are issues with a vehicle an honest dealer would point them out, but obviously their motto is "If the buyer don't see it too bad".We left, will never be back, obviously the sales manager doesn't understand the first rule of sales; A satisfied customer will tell 3 people of their good experience, a dissatisfied customer will tell 10 (and via the WWW let thousands know).

Can't recommend this dealership enough! We bought a 2023 Outback last week. Javier was our contact online initially and Tim helped us close the deal when we got to the dealership. They both were very responsive and helpful. Alec in the finance department is awesome, super friendly and easy to work with! We ordered a few accessories where we talked to Trevor. He knows his stuff and helped us find what we needed. Like I said, I can't recommend enough, everyone has been really great and I'll never buy Subaru from another dealership again.

Terrible place! Tried to charge $70 for an oil change and also I have a picture of my girlfriend on my dash and I saw one of the mechanics taking a picture on HIS personal of it! Was not able to confirm if he deleted it or not because I just got out of there as fast as I could. But one of the other mechanics definitely said something to him and I think he might have done something about it. If i could leave less than a one star I would!!!

I made an appointment to test drive a specific used vehicle after the dealership reached out to me. They texted me, which was convenient. My appointment was for the same day. I live over an hour away. When I got there, the salesman (not the same as the online appointment setter), said the car was taken in for a repairs a few days ago and won't be ready for another few days and pointed towards other cars that were $6,000-10,000 over the price of the car that I drove over an hour (EACH WAY) to see. I wasted over 2 and a half hours of a precious day off from work. Unbelievable. Lying scam artists that have absolutely ZERO respect for their (potential) customers or their time. Will never be back here again.

I purchased a car on March 6. I am from Minnesota and this dealership was contracting with a company to do the title/license work. By wisconsin law they have 7 days to file the paperwork. It's 5/14 and they still have not filed the paperwork. This dealership has provided numerous excuses why they haven't filed the paperwork. I have had to file a complaint with the Wisconsin DMV investigative unit, BBB, etc.
