-Update at bottom- My husband took my Nissan Sentra into this dealership yesterday. There were a couple reasons for our visit, the car was having trouble starting some days, it needed an oil change and there was a recall on it that needed to be fixed. We received a call saying the battery was dead and would cost 387 with parts and labor and since it’s not under warranty they would have to charge us the diagnostic fee of $100 but they could cut it down to $50. We passed on the battery since that’s something we can do ourselves and just stuck with the oil change. They charged us for an oil change and the $50 diagnostic fee. Upon looking at the paperwork it states battery/alternator/starter test is COMPLEMENTARY with and oil change and also the recall (also said it was valued at a $30 value so why were we being charged $100 fee in the first place). When we called asking torri the service manager why we were charged she said because we brought the concern to them, that if we would’ve just dropped it off for an oil change or the recall we wouldn’t have gotten charged the diagnostic fee and we would not be getting refunded for it. She said they do a deeper test and when we stated most places check the battery first if a car isn’t starting she said she couldn’t tell us whether the mechanic found it right away or not but reiterated it didn’t matter cause we weren’t getting a refund. We talked to another manager(Alan I think) who stated he would give us a refund (since we bought the car there, which shouldn’t have mattered) he just needed to talk to service. Then got back on the phone and said “now that I have the full story and the diagnostic is a deeper test I can’t refund you just give you a $50 credit for future service” as if I want to ever go there again, when I stated she admitted we wouldn’t have been charged if we would’ve just stayed quiet he said “she will call you I’m just the front manager” never received a call. Then on top of it the check engine light was on when he picked it up, when my husband called to address all the issues she stated “why did you leave if it was on?” Why did you guys send out a car with it on that you just serviced? She stated it would clear once we put a new battery in it, which it has yet to do. *Update* Alan called and told me he could give me a refund if I took down my bad review and that’s pathetic. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager and baker told me he can’t give me my money back unless he gets the full story so he will talk to torri tomorrow and I’ll update then

My fiance bought a 2013 nissan rouge last February. We've been in nissans shop about 7 times for problems. Now there's something wrong with it again! I don't even want to come back here cos they always say nothing is wrong with it. They suck and they sold my fiance a lemon.

Tony Sierra made my first car dealership experience a hit!! He was patient, he was very accommodating to my mom, who has limited mobility, and he strived to make the process a pleasurable experience for my family. He also helped me drive away in an SUV that is better than the option I was initially seeking. Thanks Tony and the Janesville Nissan Team!

Tony Sierra was great when he sold me my Nissan Murano! He was honest and helpful as we went through the sale process and trading my car. I felt very comfortable and Tony was not pushy. He allowed me the time I needed to make an informed purchase decision. Everyone there was very kind and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend going to Janesville Nissan if you are looking to purchase a car.

Not even worth one star, when I bought my vehicle definitely had a great salesman and that's where the great experience ended. Purchased a used 2012 yes used but also purchased a warranty and gap insurance not to mention the 30 percent interest rate ? but when you have a child with a ton of medical issues as well as physical and development disabilities and sees doctors in Madison alot you need reliable transportation. Bought this pos 6/14/2022 and put 30,000 since purchasing it, never once used tge warranty when car broke down several times because dealership would fight me on getting it fixed kept raising the deductible amount. And now the motor is blown out and tge car has no power due to jumping time this is a common issue with these cars but something I wasn't aware of . And now this dealership will not help at all reached out several times already spoke to manager after several attempts and still haven't hear from him in a week , manager states well I can roll over the 8700 that is still owed on to another vehicle. I'm sorry what ? so not only am I going to have to buy a car that usually at minimum 10,000 now we're going to add on 8,700 for the other one that's completely junk so after the 30 percent interest rate ur looking at well over 20,000. Yeh that's not happening, what a scam and a rip off. Just an awful awful experience, rum away from this dealership run fast. I will be going over to burtness in Orfordville my inlaws have bought several cars from them over the years, just need to financially recover from this nightmare. I will also be calling the better business Bureo and reporting this dealership ?

All of the staff we worked with were great! We worked directly with Antonio. He was very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and took great care of us! This is the second vehicle we have gotten from Janesville Nissan and we will be returning in the future!
