We attended the first Janesville Card Show here and it was great! Plenty of room with more tables than I imagined for a first show. Hoping this continues to get bigger and better. So thankful for a great place to have this event! Everything was clean and well marked.

Conference area was large enough for venue. Carpets were clean and in good shape. Bathroom facilities were near by but could use updating.

Rooms were clean but check in staff was rude. We held a wedding reception there, The block was never reserved for the wedding party so they took rooms from the Railroad Dept. The Conference room reception hall was never locked that night so a speaker was stolen and when we complained I'm the am the front desk called my daughter a b__ch and asked them to leave with out contacting the manager. The bartender the night of the wedding had his girlfriend their and paid more attention to her than his job and he all so bragged he was on ecstasyThe staff would not serve ice tea after 7pm. The reception room was beautiful from the family lighting as was the lighting but I WOULD never hold another event like this again ever there. They also said the conference reception hall would be cleaned up by 10am and it was not. We had to leave table coverings behind.. Corporate will be called. Regardless the wedding and events were beautiful but be careful what you book for. Thank goodness we had our food catered in.

Place was great for the toy show Hotel was great glad we made the choice to stay here. Parked the truck and could walk wherever we needed to go
