Employee was extremely rude I had talked to them last month at the kids workshop told that we could sign the kids who have autism and compromised immune system and one the the parents could come in to pick them up. Was there by 9:20 and they had plenty and employee said I’d have to wait till 11:30 even though we signed both kids up and I was there early enough. When I tried explaining to the lady she demanded I get out of line and come back at 11:30. Well they lost a loyal long time customer. Menards you got yourself a new loyal customer bc I had to go home empty handed after forcing myself to stay awake after working a 12 hour shift and tell the kids who were excited to build a project that Home Depot said no. 1 hour later they are still crying. I don’t care what they did too me but they need to be the ones to explain why too the kids.

I was in a rush, and I did not know where to start. Kayla asked if I needed help. Her assistant was very helpful. Especially with my terrible description of needed items. She knew where to find them. She was very helpful. Workers like her are the reason why customers are happy. :)

Save yourself the time and headache and just buy from Lowe’s or Menards. Home Depot promised delivery and full installation on appliances but then refused to install once it arrived. Customer services was terrible to work with. Extremely rude and not helpful. 100% will not buy from them again.

I go to this Home Depot whenever I can even though it is farther for me than that other home store. I like low regular pricing and higher quality products and hate having to send in for rebates.

Their in-store price match policy is not followed per what the website states. The checkout employee just made up some information saying that they just price match local store- which is not true. It's a waste of time trying to go through them to purchase the same item at a different price, they don't keep up with their promises!"How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor)."

They were very helpful when we replaced our old house blinds with custom ones. The guy even helped ensure we didn’t make the wrong decision. Almost ordered 2” ones and then he remembered us saying we had cats and told us that could be a recipe for disaster and suggested 1” instead, he was so right!! Great customer service!!

This deserves less then a 1 starOn Sunday I ordered a washer and dryer set. It was to be delivered today. At 11am I get a call asking if a slightly later delivery was ok as the driver was late getting back from the holiday. I said yes that was fine. At 117pm the drive called me saying eta of 30 minutes. At apx 220pm my husband called saying the driver showed up but he did not have my washer and dryer set. Claims now they were never loaded on his truck. As I start making calls 1st to the driver to get a customer service number since nothing was making sense. Then to customer service. Noone could find my washer and dryer. The driver then personally sends me a text threatening me. I have been on the phone so many times with home depot today Noone can find my washer and dryer. I was told at 430 to wait till about 730 to call back to check for updates. Guess what when I call I get told they closed at 630. They say once they find them they will call me to reschedule drop-off. I am so Inferiorated over this entire situation. This looks very bad on home depot in a whole. I guess buyer beware. Guess I didn't learn my lesson from the 1st time issues came up with a prior delivery.

I ordered a griddle that used 1 lb tanks. I got one that uses 20 lb. tanks. Not a big deal. I have bought things from them before.. It's all good..

Went for an item, said 12 in stock. Nobody working there could even find the items. Red head girl at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I will go spend my money at Menards from now on.

I ordered a 8' Wagner step ladder on9-8-23 . Was told that it would be in between 9-13-23 to 9-18-23. That I would be emailed when it arrived. Never got an email. I called was told in was in. I picked it up but the ladder was a little beat up (Shipping) could have been covered with something to protect it. Could have been worse.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Paid extra for delivery of an appliance and to have old appliance removed. this service is worthless. the delivery team said they would not remove the old appliance because it wasn"t disassembled. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. Contacted the store manager who said they didn't know of any reaspon why they didn't remove the appliance and that it didn't need to be disassembled prior to them taking it. Basically recieved lipservice from them but did get refund for delivery fee, still had to deal with the removal and disposal of old appliance.
