We bought a car here last week and it was easily the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. No surprises at all. They even went out of their way to find us a better rate from a credit union than the one Toyota was offering. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Honestly… this was THE best auto buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and I never felt pressured as I have every other time I’ve purchased a car. The offer given for my trade was completely on par with what I had found during my research vs another Toyota dealership a couple weeks earlier who had given me quite a low offer initially. The sale price for the vehicle I purchased, was on par with the researching and pricing I had done, well! Even though I live some distance away, I will return eventually for my next purchase and will absolutely consider driving the distance for my regular service on the vehicle!

I wouldn't even give 1 star. I own a buick, a Subaru and Toyota. The difference in service with the other dealership and this one is huge. I would definitely look for another dealership.

Jon was very personable and laid back. He did not pressure us, only gave us good information and options to make an informed decision. Josh was very helpful and efficient while walking us through the lease agreement paperwork. They both made the experience very enjoyable.
