I want to preface that I understand you buy a used car as is. However, when you buy a car from someone representing themselves as a mechanic of a reputable shop that "stands behind their word", you take that into consideration. I really question all these good reviews. During sale I noticed it was missing a wheel well which he stated they knew and were ordering a replacement. After dark that night realized the headlight was out. We were assured that if it was something other than a bulb, he would fix it. Go to register the vehicle the next day and find out we were not given the correct title. Realize its been title jumped. Now it is a week later and we are still being blown off about the headlight and wheel well. We are to the point we will take the vehicle to our own mechanics who we trust and know stand behind their word. I would not recommend this business.

Don't go here. They don't complete the job....they never burped the system, which caused my vehicle to overheat

Had my water pump replaced years ago. They never burped the coolant system .. discovered it immediately my way home from the shop when my van started overheating. I called the shop and they acter like it wasn't their problem...I've never been back since and never will be. I also noticed that there was warping after they had my vehicle which means someone overheated it intentionally and let it sit there for a while. I would never ever recommend this place after that experience.i have no idea how they have high ratings when they do things like that. How do you not burp a cooling system when you know it needs done,? They insisted they had done it before I left because I had asked to make sure before I drove away.Service: Auto water leak repair

I used to take my truck here. Since I took it to my new mechanics shop, he has found so much damage to the truck. Control arms, power steering lines, oil cooler lines, tires, steering shaft. All these need to be replaced and they never once told me about them. They also replaced the transfer case and stripped out the drain plug they put a used t case in and not new like they said he did. This place is a real chop shop. He causes more damage than repair. He expects you to have money for the parts before he starts working on it. my friend took his vehicle to get fixed and we keep finding more damage that he's done to it. Most recent one was discovered today. He striped the bolt out for the transfer case. Jim is easy to talk to. He explains repairs so you can understand. He has no problems answering your questions. He will find used parts when appropriate for repairs. His prices are very reasonable. But the most important thing to me is........Jim is a great mechanic and I trust him!!!
