The last 2 times I’ve been here, they’ve completely destroyed the hair style I was going for. This last time, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes which I thought was incredible until I got home and realized how badly they had messed up my hair.
I’m trying to grow out the top of my hair and fading the sides (0-2). I made this very clear before I even sat in the chair. Not only did she seem to completely ignore me and any conversation I tried to start, but she rushed the haircut and ended up buzzing back the top of my hair that I’m trying to grow out.
I will NEVER be returning to this location nor will I ever recommend going here.

I called ahead to make sure they did kid's haircuts, and checked in online. My wait time was 12 minutes. They skipped over me, took several people that checked in after me, and my wait time went to 13 minutes. This was after I had been there about 15 minutes. I left and went to Cut for You, and had a great experience.

Linda is amazing! she always makes me feel like my concerns are real and helps me figure them out. I've never had an issue with her cutting my hair. She always captures my vision perfectly.

This place is amazing! I got my hair cut here a couple of weeks ago and the girl did a fantastic job of giving me just what I wanted. She was friendly and efficient. I was one of those annoying people who came in like 10 minutes before they closed and they still got me in for my haircut! Super sweet staff, very good place!

We’ve had some good experiences here but this is NOT okay. I won’t say the stylist’s name but this is awful. my son sat perfectly still the entire time so that has nothing to do with this hack job. so awful. should have said something then but I felt bad as this girl was new and was being trained. Will not ever take him back for fear of this. I just don’t understand how this was $20 + tip because I could have done a better job than this!!

Courtney is the best stylist ever! She was so sweet, helpful, patience, kind, respectful, efficient, & did a wonderful job on my hair! My hair & scalp feels the healthiest & softest it’s ever felt! I highly recommend Courtney as a stylist/hairdresser & the Janesville Great Clips location! Allison, the manager, was so sweet too! Thank you both so much!
