Took my ford edge in 3 times paid over 800$ in diagnosis fees for them to not figure anything out. They supposedly had a veteran service guy with over 20 yrs experience who couldn't figure out that the spark plug coil packs were bad and they just wanted to sell me a new engine for my car. I brought it home and was able to figure out the spark plugs and coil packs were bad and once i replaced them the car ran great. I will never go back and use them for service ever

I have been buying Fords at Boucher Ford Janesville since moving into the area in 1989. I believe my last six vehicles were purchased with Jeff Vance as the salesman.
I have never been unhappy with any of the purchases.
I have also had my vehicles maintained there and have never been disappointed in the least.
I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new Ford or a quality used vehicle.

I brought my 2005 Thunderbird 50th Anniversary special in for its “annual service and checkup”. Appointment was simple to make, service was performed promptly, car was washed and returned “same day”. No issues.
