Extremely dissatisfied with the service; unprofessional and argumentative staff provided conflicting and incorrect information. Initially told the issue was under warranty, then not under warranty, followed by uncertainty. Despite my accurate diagnosis, pulling the code, providing the wrong part, and verifying, I was asked to pay a diagnosis fee. This is unacceptable given the initial assurance of warranty coverage. The process was untimely, and the technician failed to secure a bolt properly, as evidenced in a picture I can provide. The encounter with the manager further displayed unprofessionalism, including unnecessary and unhelpful questions like "Do you work for free?" and "Why do you even bring your car here?" The experience concluded with being told to never return after questioning their decisions. It's important to note that every experience with them has been like this. I was hoping for better service, and I only brought my car in for warranty work and the closest available appointment. Despite living in Janesville, I go out of my way to visit Zimbrick VW in Madison, as they consistently provide more professional, friendly, timely, and superior service overall. Don't waste your time.

Brought in my 2022 VW Atlas Crossport RLime for its first oil change. VW doesn't do oil changes on weekends, so this sister shop took my car in. 1 week later, I'm out of town on vacation and im smelling burning oil. Checked under the car and the skid plate and area under the oil pan is covered in oil. The ground is covered in oil, and the dipstick is bone dry. We had to have our car towed to another dealer nearby, stay in a hotel, get a rental vehicle, call off work, and have been calling this dealership all morning while they make every excuse as to why the manager cannot respond to my calls. This is how this dealership treats their customers? A brand new vehicle leaking oil after they changed it? And having another dealership have to fix their mess. This is thee worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will be sure to make this known to every social media platform and BBB for them ignoring what they did wrong to my vehicle, put us and my vehicle in danger and costing us hundreds of dollars to rectify this situation.

After a LOT of non-communication and Miscommunication, we finally were able to purchase a vehicle. Not the one we wanted unfortunately due to to their lack of follow up with us and then a miscommunication on the fact they already sold it. We did end up with one close to what we wanted but not exactly.The paperwork went very well and quickly.We just checked their website, and it turns out they DO still have the vehicle we originally wanted and they did not sell it as we were told. Incredibly frustrated with our experience there

Are family has purchased 4 vehicles from Boucher VW Dodge and the first time I need service. The service department says can't get me in for 3 weeks. Great to have warranty. Last vehicle we will purchase from Boucher. Gregory Miller
