I tend to dislike the purchasing process when buying a new vehicle but buying my new Ram 1500 from Frank Boucher was an exception. From my first phone call to the final payment process, everyone was friendly, helpful and no pressure. When it came to questions - I either received a quick response or fairly quick follow-up. I would highly recommend FBCDJR.

Very professional dealership. Jeremiah was wonderful to work with. Answered all of my questions and I did not feel pressured in the sale. Vehicle prices and trade in value were very fair. Would definaltey buy another Jeep from Frank Boucher.

Called to see if they could fix or replace the rear differential in my jeep talked to a guy in service he said that he would call me back on the next business day with the qoute never got a call back then I called the parts department 3 times with leaving messages and never received a call back very disappointed in tje lack of communication

Brought a 2023 Ram in with bad ball joints. Less than 25,000 miles on it. Get it back from these guys now the wheel is turned 90 degrees in order to keep the truck going straight, and the electronic stability control warning is on. Call them up, they refuse to fix it saying it’s nothing they did. Weird, truck goes straight, has no warning lights, before going in for service…..not the case after service…

Customer service from the start was immaculate. Spoke with Troy (sales) and Eric (manager) about a truck we were interested in, they had it transferred from their dealership in Racine and we drove 2.5 hours to see it. That deal didn’t work out but they took our pre approval criteria and found us a great truck great for our family. They worked hard on the numbers to make our negative equity work. They offered us a gas card for driving so far, AND we got the option of a free gift for doing business with them! We chose a gas grill. We will be coming back when it’s time for a new family vehicle. Well worth the drive for us.

A month ago, I bought a new Wrangler Rubicon from here. Tim Linton and the general sales manager, Ryan Arkens, were both very nice to work with. They helped me obtain a quote rather quickly and didn’t waste my time when I made the trip to Janesville to close the deal. I appreciate the effort that both Tim and Ryan made to make sure that I felt comfortable with both the deal and the process of getting all of the paperwork completed.
