I buy shoes once every few years, since i dont wear sneakers much. I asked the Manager for some help with which ones would be similar to my old ones, but newer. He was very knowledgeable, and took his time to help me pick out the perfect pair. I had a small problem with the size, and he helped me out with that too. I have had similar experience here bringing my son to get the "latest and greatest". I don't leave reviews often, this store is top notch.

I BOUGHT TWO PAIRS OF SHOES ONLINE AND THEY WERE TO SMALL FOR MY SON …. I WAS THERE FOR MAYBE 10 MINUTES I EXCHANGED ONE SHOR FOR A BIGGER SIZE . THE SECOND SHOE I EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT PRICE . BRYN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO SPOKE SOON AS I WALKED IN THE STORE . THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

No one seems to want to help customers or show any interest when you walk in. Everyone's standing there talking not greeting customers. Used to be different has went down quite a bit. There was one guy that gave us help finally after being in the store a while.

Completely unprofessional the only way you can have a customer service chat via the Internet is if you download Twitter they make you get on their social media platform to update their follower they do not allow you to make informed decisions if you make an online order it will take 21 days for you to get a refund
