It was the worst!! They charge more than UPS, and the lady working was so unfriendly!! You have to have an ID, and your debit card has to match your ID. I had my wife's card, so the same last name, and I couldn't use it!! I would have to be paid to ever go back to that FedEx store to ship something out.

It's not even funny how much this company is a joke. Specially the janesville chain. I got a package today that looked like it went threw 5 mosh pits before getting to my door. Smfh. Do better. Stop paying your workers like trash and maybe they will do better for your name

Was easy drop-off with the QR code. The lady working the desk was super polite and went above and beyond to help me when we ran into a snag.

Not Good . THIS office could not Scan my return QR Code label from Spectrum. And this problem has been reported to FEDEX numerous times with ZERO RESPONSE from CORPORATE.--According to a very polite and apologetic employee.

My package was on site. But they couldn't or wouldn't by policy let me have it. Only deliver to my address tomorrow to me in person with my signature.

Needed to repack the item, and the Fed ex representative did that for me, and I just purchased a little bit of bubble wrap. Very easy drop off !

The service inside the actual location is good. But if you having anything delivered, it’s horrible. They give you a delivery window and they never deliver within that window. You better off to stick with UPS at least you can see how many stops is before you etc.
