I had Colleen, and she was very sweet, very nice. However, I did not receive the cut I wanted and am very displeased. The more I look at it, the more I hate it. Wanted my ends feathered out because my hair is super thick, but instead, she just took the scissors and cut straight across and trimmed the ends and said, "You're good." Asked her to fix it and feather it out more, but she said it was hair shock and that it would go away. The first red flag now that im starting to realize it was when she said "ive never worked with your type of hair before". (Which it was just corse and thick) I did not see her put a single layer in my hair. After coming home and trying to straighten it more to fix it, it still is really puffy at the ends. I would not want to come back even if they offered to fix it because I'm scared that they would just make it worse, so I just scheduled for somewhere else to fix it. I would have considered coming back to get it fixed if she had feathered it out when I asked, I know she had time since she said that her appointment after me had canceled but it seemed apparent that she just wanted to end it quickly to get to her lunch break. She could have even told me beforehand that she didn't know how to give me layers or how to do the hair i requested, i would have gone somewhere else. Waste of time and money, unfortunately. Tipped her well even though I was not pleased with my hair. Next time, don't say you can do the hairstyle if you really can't.
Long story short, not everyone knows how to cut hair even if the place is rated well.

I stopped in for my monthly visit for my color and cut. I always have Suzanne and she is absolutely 100% fabulous. She always does a fantastic job and all my coworkers say I look great and they love my hair color. Even some of my patients compliment my hair and I tell them I owe it all to Suzanne at the Fabulous U Salon. She is also a great conversationalist. You will never run out of something to talk about.Service: Haircut

I got a “spa facial” from Jordan today. It is worth the extra money to receive this service! I was greeted right away, and it is such a cozy, warm atmosphere. I had a great experience, and my skin felt so rejuvenated and refreshed all day. I kept getting compliments about how glowy my skin looked. I live in Madison, but will definitely return for future services! Highly recommended, and worth the trip. Overall a really good experience.Service: Acne treatments

My experience at Flawless U was with Rosalyn, the esthetician. Roz is not only a good friend of mine, but she is also an amazing esthetician who is very knowledgable about skincare. I have been getting facials with Roz since she was in cosmetology school and my skin has changed dramatically for the better. I recommend Roz to anyone wanting a relaxing and unforgettable experience!
