So I got pedicure and full set for one he nearly never had my feet in the water to soak when he first had the water it was cold had to ask him for hotter water my full set took 2 hours they were so thin they came off two days after getting them done and to remind you I initially asked him to make them thicker and they still were so thin i will never go back last time I came her to my nails were thin

I think it is expensive for what I received. Very dirty and unsanitary. Didn't clean work area before me. Tools were reused without cleaning. And my nails aren't shaped very well. I'll skip this place next time.

Bad service. Doesn’t listen to what you asked for. Nails chip and lose the coat within days. Nails polish peeling off after 6 hours.

Just got nails done on last Thursday before Easter. Two came all the way off and all the others are lifting. One of the nails that came off my nail underneath was damaged and split. He drilled to far down.It was a week yesterday and I didn't need a fill. I go in and the manager says she will fix them half price. That's crazy. Then I ask the man that did this poor work and he asks me what I need after telling and showing him the problem. Why would I pay again when obviously you're not good at doing nails. I had gotten a fill and pedicure for $110 and left a $5 tip. It took him 3hrs. The man that sits at the last nail desk in the back. If this is how they treat customers it says a lot. Then they argued back and forth in there language just to tell me they can charge me half. My nails are all lumpy and bubbles in the polish in the first place. Find elsewhere to go. These folks are not good nail techs and lack customer service.

The design itself was good but the nail shape was off. I asked for almond but every nail was a different shape. The prices were slightly expensive for what I got. It was $60 plus tip
