I've been getting my prescriptions here for many years do to my health insurance makes me use them for prescriptions. Past year or so the people who answer the phones for prescriptions are very rude they cut you off in mid sentence or even raise there voice when trying to explain why I'm calling. Also they cut you off and put you on hold forever. This has gotten worse and worse and I'm tired of it. CVS employees have a job because we the people are needing meds so start treating people with respect and professionalism. This review was needed along time ago. I ordered just three photos and a pocket size of one of them. My photos came out pixelated. Hard to believe that it would be my phone, so I'll be trying it on Walgreens when I get home. The store is very unwelcoming. The employee saw me and didn't acknowledge my existence when I walked in. I find the photo counter, and nothing tells you that you need to find an employee for you to get your photos. And cvs, like walmart, would rather you check out through self check; and had signs on all the registers saying "closed. Next register, " and none of them were open except the ONE self checkout. Also, the dude guarded my photos like I was going to steal them and didn't hand them to me, so I could continue shopping... I'm from the west coast, maybe it's a Wisconsin thing; but I've always been handed my photos at the photo booth and take it to a register, myself, for when I'm done shopping. I felt so rushed that I just magnets for my pictures and left.

Repeated told there is a shortage of commonly prescribed drugs because of Covid. 1. Researched it....no drug shortage that CVS should be experiencing (and other pharmacies are not short). 2. We are now 4 years into Covid; this is our new normal.Pharmacist was rude....told me I was unaware of "world events" and out of touch with reality....

Not impressed after transferring prescriptions from Walgreens. I will go with a independent pharmacy moving forward. Tired of the chains.

So disappointed with attitude of pharmacist. I picked up my paxlovid. Directions on box said see attached direction. So I went to paperwork found directions on 2nd sheet of multiple pages. There are 2 different colored pills in the foil pack. Directions say take 2 pink and 1 white pill in morning and 2 pink and 1 white in evening. However my packs only contained 1 pink & 1 white so I called pharmacy.The pharmacist kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her what directions say and what packs contain. She kept insisting there were 2 pink pills & 1 white. She wouldnt let me talk. I told her if she would shut up and let me talk she would realize what Im trying to say. She threatened to hang up. I said please listen to me. Im not lying the foil packs I have only contain 1 pink & 1 white per dose. Really truely. She again said No there are 2 pink & 1 white! I swear I was almost in tears.I didnt realize that at this point she hadnt even brought my account up and looked at my prescription. I finally got her to check it on the computer. She came back on the line and said because you are in renal failure (first I ever heard this) doctor wrote prescription for a smaller dose. I said No one ever told me I had renal failure. And if so and I needed a smaller dose why are the directions written for the normal dose? She said the correct directions are on the last page of the insert. How confusing 2 different sets of directions included with prescription and the correct one on last page. This pharmasist jumped to conclusions immediately that I couldnt count to 2 and insisted each of my packs contained contained 2 pink not 1. So I was either super stupid or lying. When she finally let me get a word edgewise and actually brought up my prescription the discrepancy was figured out and it proved to her there was only 1 pink. Im not stupid or lying. She was so rude and condesending. Only good thing out of this was after got off phone I called clinic got it confirmed I do not have renal failure. The doctor clicked the wrong dosage box when ordering prescription. The doctor sent a corrected prescription to pharmacy. *That will generate a new review for Dean UC.Anyways all my prescriptions have now been transferred from CVS to another pharmacy and if this pharmasist continues to treat patients this way and those patients have any self respect they would do the same.

Pharmacy staff are nice, but the retail staff are very unprofessional and rude. I'd recommend Walgreens across the street instead.

I’ve only used this pharmacy for the past year but every time I’ve picked up a prescription I’ve dealt with issues. Multiple times my prescriptions have spent days in “processing” until I reach out via phone to get them to be filled. The pharmacist told me they are short staffed so they are usually behind by a few days, but even when they do say it’s filled I often have to wait an extra 15 for them to fill it again when I get there because they misplaced it or forgot.Waiting in line I once overheard an elderly gentleman say he had been waiting 4 hours for his refill. The customers in line had to step in to get the pharmacist to check again and they realized they had also left his in “processing”.if you have to use this pharmacy please go inside and not through drive through. I once spent 40 minutes in line because the person in front of me was waiting for them to prepare a COVID test.

This pharmacy is horrible! Shopping carts in front of the drive through for weeks! My prescriptions are never ready even after I get the message saying they are! This place makes up their own hours for the pharmacy!!!!! They never even answer the phone.

They need to update their hours on Google maps and the recorded message when calling this location! This store closes at 8:00pm, NOT 10:00PM! The rude lady working tonight literally kicked me out of the store. Skip this location at all costs.
