Very helpful. Even though she wasn't able to unlock my phone, she was very helpful in both trying to fix the phone herself but also told me exactly what I have to do to call and get it worked out. This is a very good store.

The good thing about this place is that there are bilingual people and they know their way around the phone. Highly recommended.
