Such wonderful customer service everytime I come into a store. Christine was my service rep and did an amazing job getting me whatever she could for deals, 5 stars all the way you guys. These guys really make you feel like you've personally known them for years.

I called ahead to speak with an associate about a new phone for my Wife. We went through the details and I selected a device and accessories, confirming they were there ahead of time. I then affirmed with my Wife what we needed and had selected to get. She heads out to pick it up and get it setup. Shortly after, I get a call from the store, the store manager has taken over the sale and is pushing heavily for an up-sell, despite repeated statements that wasn't what was wanted. The manager stated that the phone he was then pushing for would be only $10 more than that selected, after I had deflected other flagrant attempts to push the price to triple what we wanted. In the end, we didn't get the phone wanted, I agreed to what was supposed to be a $10 more phone, that was supposed to come with the accessories I asked for. Instead, the end cost was double what I agreed to pay, and extra junk was added in that was not asked for, nor did we get the case with the features I cleared stated were needed and what was wanted. I am quite unhappy with how things were handled, the misleading sales attempts, and then the outright padding of the sale outside of what was agreed to. Were it my employee and I heard about this, there would be some significant retraining occurring, at the very least.

Went to get my son a new phn RAMIRO was more than helpful , I asked A LOT of question Ramiro didn't rush me & he answered all my questions & gave me more advice that I asked , which I very much so appreciated!!! You need to go to 1820 center av in Janesville & ask for Ramiro !!! He is definitely the best

I went into the center avenue Janesville location today to buy a new phone. There are two women working and they were incredibly friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I did not get their names but they were definitely the best cricket employees I have ever encountered.

Everyone was very kind and helpful..We ended up getting two new phones and cases and the reason for the store visit was to pay our phone..The store clerk Chris was alone at first and the store started getting busy..She handled it very well, ???
