This is the second home we bought with this brokridge. Our favorite Realtor Julie Reese is a perfect fit for us....honest, reliable alla round solid talent. She follows through with everything she says she will do. She points out the good and and ugly of each home we looked at! So easy to work with these folks! We actually found our home in 1 day with Julie...because she listens!

In my opinion Sherie(sp) misrepresented herself as a 'buyer' agent and apparently was more interested in representing the seller as the property had many issues she refused to address for buyer. She was lazy, failed to provide simple information any buyer should want. Picked an inspector not in the best interest of the buyer. Likes to say she 'doesn't do it for the money', pulease. Do not sign a buyer's agent agreement with her, go right to the listing agent. Read her buyer's agent form VERY carefully. Once you sign it, you're stuck with her.

I just had an appointment to view a home for sale. I was extremely interested in this location, however when my realtor spoke with Chris Mayhew, he refused to give her access to the location. I then tried to call as a potential buyer to find out what was going on, and he repeatedly hung up on me and asked if I was "ready to listen to him, yet?" When I replied that what he just said was the most unprofessional thing I had ever heard from someone, he hung up on me again. I will never use century 21 again if that is the type of people they hire.

Realtor, Chris Mayhew, was not pleasant at all to work with. When I had questions, he was short with his answers & treated me like I did not matter as a customer. With this being his profession, he needs to understand that most people do not know the process & costs involved as easily as he does. Chris would have had closing date wrong had I not corrected him. And lastly, I was the one who needed to contact Century 21 Affliated directly to remove their sign, which had not been done close to a month after closing! This is something that they should be keeping track of. The next time I have a need for a realtor, I will NOT use this business, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

In our first meeting Ashley Ormes delivered an extremely impressive presentation explaining the capabilities of her team. She and her team followed through and delivered on everything she said she would. She was very helpful in determining the right price point to sell our home by providing us solid market analysis data to help with the decision. The next day we had a stager in our house making improvements to show our home better. Then she effectively marketed the Open House and we got an offer on it shortly after. The 21 Century team is designed to leverage each individual’s strengths. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend Ashley Ormes if you are looking for a realtor who can get the job done.
