self dog wash is $24 for a half hour. no brushes or groomer tools offered. shampoo is extra and they don't carry much in stock to buy. weak water pressure. dryer is good. still not worth the money.

Took my pup to get groomed and they told me it would be 3 hours and I came back for them to tell me she still has another hour left and they just blow dried her???? So what were the groomers doing for the 3 hours she was there if she was just getting blow dried when I came to get her? She didn’t even get her hair cut because I had somewhere to be in an a hour. They claimed “they had lots of big dogs that day” I didn’t pay for anything. I took her and left.

Rating NEGATIVE STARS!!!! We had our dog boarded there while we were on vacation over the 4th of July weekend 2024. First off, the dogs only get let out TWICE a day because, they are “REQUIRED” to. Otherwise, they sit in their cages all day and night! The dogs are forced to go to the bathroom in their cages! They are left 15+ hours alone, and without being let out, from the time the so called business closes until the time they “get to them” the next morning.
We called to let them know we were on our way before we left the airport. When we picked him up, he was stained with pee and poop. He smelled so bad, and was just not himself. He also has a sore on his foot, and leg. We went straight home for a bath. It had to be a most horrific stay for him. Our hearts were just shattered. Please DO NOT board your dog here! This is inhumane, and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I bring our cat there to get his nails trimmed. It’s walk in, which makes it super convenient and they’re so fast! Love this place!

Bubbles n bows boarded our bunny for two weeks at a time, each summer, when my children were young. I am happy to learn that they still employ caring staff. We now have a dog, Rascal. We brought Rascal here for a bath. The staff was so kind he just loved it. A few days later, at the vet, a staff member remarked “wow his fur his really soft! His hair is softer than mine!” Of course we mentioned he had a bath a few days ago at Bubbles n Bows ?Thank you so much. Keep up the good work the bandana you guys put on him looked great too!

Had to bring my daughter’s dog here for boarding because my dog and her dog weren’t meshing very well. Great staff, friendly and nice amenities for the dogs
