Prefer no stars. I purchased a double oven which was installed on November 15, 2023. It didn't work for Thanksgiving. It didn't work for Christmas and now New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The customer service rep is rude. They make a sale then they are done with you. I contacted the salesperson to send my concerns on to the manager or owner before going public. I was told the customer service committee will reach out to me. That was two weeks ago. So I was proven right, Brothers Main does not care. You're better off going to a big box store without any concern of putting the family run store out of business as Brothers Main is doing that all on their own.

I walked into Brothers Main in Janesville Wisconsin looking for a dishwasher. I was approached by the salesman who asked if I knew what kind of dishwasher I was looking for. I said I was looking for a dishwasher under $400 and he said they have three of them when I asked where they were I was told they were not worth the real estate space with a very sarcastic tone of voice. Unfortunately I will not be back to this business to purchase anything.

Brothers main in Janesville Wisconsin they are not good at all,family of 5 bought a nice big refrigerator from them and it is not running no longer and they will not replace it and it's under warranty they have been waiting for 2 months,what a joke please beware of this place they are awful

The guys that delivered it had a very tight spot to work with but they did it with ease and I’m very pleased from my salesperson which is John and the 3 delivery guys Fred ,Ant and Kawon they made this shopping experience a pleasant one I recommend any appliance shopping at Brothers Main

Antonio and Linnell were wonderful today. They delivered a fridge that was just a bit too big for my doorway, but quickly and efficiently found a workaround to get it through the door. It was also great to see that they were enjoying the job, even in this hot and humid weather. Thanks so much for delivering the final appliance to complete my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier!

Great service at every point of contact at Brothers main of Janesville. Sales team was patient with us while we selected several items for our home. They made suggestions and walked us through our selection. Always available for questions over the phone and in-store. The day of the delivery the team of Antonio, MJ and Lawrence were professional and helpful from calling to let's us know they were on their way, through the handling of every item with care. They explained the functions on our fridge and washer to get us started using our awesome GE appliances.Thank you for excellent customer service!Best of the best.

I would give them a negative 10 if it was an option.Worst buying experience in my life.Started out great when we went to Brothers Main Janesville location March 7th. Ordered 4 appliance's.Fridgedaire refrigerator , stove and dishwasher. Also ordered a Sharp drawer microwave.Almost $7000 in appliance's for our kitchen remodel. John our salesman said it would take a month or so to get the appliance's.2 to 3 weeks later we get a call saying everything was in already but no worries they could hold them in the warehouse until we were ready for them.Then middle of April hits we get a call saying our stove was damaged and had to be replaced.Or did that never exist like our refrigerator. Guess we will never know.Of course that model is no longer available so we are given the option to go elsewhere or they would order a new one but not available until July.So we wait for new one because nobody else has that model in stock.Fast forward to May and we set a delivery date for May 17th.Confusion with phone numbers and we missed that delivery so rescheduled for today May 23rd.Phone call from John in the morning stating that refrigerator wasn't loaded on truck and probably have to reschedule for that. John was informed that no fridge wasn't an option. We would cancel the order.Phone call a hour or so later and John says warehouse mistake and its actually on the truck.Truck shows up and delivery guys bring in dishwasher and microwave.Pops the front door off so fridge will fit.Then they proceed to wheel up some dented used refrigerator.We were told our refrigerator that we purchased back in March wasn't available any longer and not by our sales person but the delivery guy. Who also said it wasn't on the truck last week when they tried to deliver.But how can that be, John called us end of March beginning of April stating all appliances arrived. And once again they never told us our refrigerator didn't exist.So here we set no appliance's for our kitchen after waiting almost 3 months for something that was JUST SITTING IN A WAREHOUSE.I wouldn't recommend Brothers Main appliance if they were the only place to buy from.Deceptive sales.Misleading.Lack of communication.

After having major issues with a Maytag washer and finding out it was a “dud” after less than two years, and zero help from Whirlpool, we called the Brothers Main Janesville location in search of something new. We were sold an Amana washer over the phone, the woman assured us that they had an incredible warranty where they would come out themselves three time if we had any issues, and after that they’d replace the washer….not even two weeks later this washer hasn’t worked properly at all. It gets stuck on the wash cycle for hours, I’m talking about over night and it’s still on wash in the morning, and is just not working. My mom went back to the location and asked for help, to have them come look at it, and eventually for a refund. She was talking with a salesman who told her the only way we’d get a refund was if we purchased a Speed Queen, really?? What about this situation makes any sense? I’m extremely upset and have already reached out to Scott Ottman. The salesman also told my mom that the machine is now considered used and they’d take a 25% restocking fee off any refund even though they won’t give a refund? Also, why would they restock a broken washer?? I’m just appalled honestly. If I would have known the warranty was not in house and this was the real service given we would have ran the other way. I think it’s absolutely crazy to be told after two weeks the machine is now used and can’t be returned or refunded?

Literally 0 for customer service since that was what i got, zero customer service, well except maybe 1/2 a star for the cute dog who greeted me, although it was unable to help me look for or purchase a washer/dryer set. The man lounging in his desk chair who i presumed to be said dog's owner and sales rep (since he appeared to be the only other person there), was apparently too busy playing with apps on his cell to even acknowledge my presence or the other couple who had been there before he wandered out to the sales floor with his nose in his phone (i saw no one help this other couple for the 10+minutes before they left, but perhaps someone helped them prior to my entering the store?). Finally, after at least 15+ minutes, i also left and will not be back ever! If this is the kind of attention (or rather lack thereof) one can expect when you're trying to give them money, what can you expect after you've already handed over the dough?!

Diana was amazing! She answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect fridge stove and microwave! The delivery guys were carful and very helpful. I will definitely be back for any of my future appliances!
