JJ and Brady are friendly and good professionals. Since the first time I met them, they got my situation and presented to me a good solution as I'm new in the area. Frank Boucher was the best option for immigrant with no credit history in the USA. I got a lease through the VW professional program and the payments are in a good and satisfactory range.

I bought my Tiguan from them within the last year so I figured I’d take my GTI to them with an issue I was experiencing only 9 DAYS after leaving a dealer in Illinois (my mistake going to Illinois and unrelated to VW Janesville of course) and they were able to schedule me within a week from calling, the day I brought it in they were respectful from the moment I walked in and and left. They were able to diagnose my issue and fix my vehicle within a timely manner and affordable price for most dealers in my experience. Good service and good prices make a happy customer!

This team makes the experience of buying a vehicle so easy and worry free. The sales team and the rest of the staff are so nice and welcoming with no pressure. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. They even made it comfortable for my three dogs who were with us. Jackson was especially pleasant to work with and really cared about us and our experience with our new purchase.

I chose Boucher again because of the service level I have received not only from JJ Janacek and the sales team, and Brady in the finance department, but especially from Jericho Verriden in the service department. I feel valued, and in today’s world, trust and personal care go a long way. Boucher does that in spades. This is why I came back again to do business with Boucher VW!

I recently had my Atlas towed to the dealership after hearing some very bad grinding noises. Supposedly a few people in the service department drove my car and didn’t hear anything. My friend who is a mechanic at Nissan took a look for about 20 seconds and could not only tell it was possibly the strut but that I also have an oil leak somewhere. I wasn’t told any of this from the dealership. I’m hoping that when I bring my car back, the issue is found and fixed correctly.
