I brought my car in for an inspection, due to a vibration felt in the steering wheel and pedals at highway speeds. Feels like a failing wheel bearing or axle to me. The dealership blamed it on aftermarket exhaust that was installed months before the vibration started and charged me $200 for the inspection before they would give back the keys. I can’t speak for the sales side of the dealership as I had a wonderful experience at the dealership in Madison for the purchase of the vehicle. I would highly recommend avoiding the service center.

STOP!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! 3.5 months ago I thought we were doing something good for our family and we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We never have bought a new vehicle before so it was very exciting to have a vehicle big enough for our whole family. We ended up having our new Tuscan in the shop for 2.5 weeks due to a high pitched squealing. After many attempts of contacting someone to let us know what was going on with our vehicle, no one would get back to us. We have had our new vehicle back from the shop for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden all the dash lights came on and the transmission wouldn't shift into gear. I called the dealer to see if they would check it out and fix the problem ( since we've only had the vehicle for less then 3 months) they told me they can't guarantee how long cars will last after purchase!!! ? I agreed but said it should be longer then 3 months! They screwed ME! They refused to even look at it without paying $160+ just for a diagnosis!! We hadn't even put 1000 miles on it!! I want to warn everyone that this dealership is a scam!! They don't care about the customer or their vehicles they sell you! Please don't buy from them!!!!! I now own a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with full coverage insurance and making monthly payments for, SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!!!!

Decent and fast for my oil change . Had addressed a cosmetic issues service advisor said they would look at it to see if it’s warranty. They did not even look at it no parts ordered not even on my invoice. Maybe next oil change it’ll get looked at

The service I received was okay, simple oil change and tire rotation. Buy then I was presented with a bunch of service recommendations some of which I've never heard of before , I'm 68. The person could not really give me a good understanding of them. I sent an email asking for a more technical explanation but received no response. Plus, told no more covered oil changes, cost $109 next time. Months later Update on another oil change, different vehicle: $118. People were nice but I have little confidence the service folks know much about the vehicles.

The sales team was nice and respectful however they were not able to offer the numbers to make the deal work. We went to Zeigler Hyundai in Racine and they were able to get us in a higher trim vehicle for less money.

I will never buy a car from them again. Bought a brand new 2019 hyundai tucson when they came out and i have had nothing but issues with the oil consumption on it. I am putting quarts at a time in and I have taken it in and the problem wasn’t fixed. I took it in last week and they told me that thats just how the new cars are now and that I need to just check my oil every couple hundred miles. I asked them about my warranty that I still have and they said that “that’s not covered”. I’ve done research about this issue and there have been lawsuits about this, but yet, they don’t even have a recall for this. I wasn’t asking for them to give me a new car. I just wanted the problem fixed, and they couldn’t even do that. Just keep in mind that if you buy from there and take it in, it’s not going to matter if you have a warranty, they will tell you it’s not covered and they will leave you with a car that is not safe and unreliable. Then they will still charge you for the service.
