I just came from the Milton Ave Boost store.As a manager at Local chain in janesville I have not had such great service as I had today! She was the best! Very informative! Smart girl! Give her a raise!! I'm not sure of her name but think it was Kerstin.

Long story, short: I highly recommend not going to this location. My fiance was a Virgin Mobile customer until it became part of Boost. We went into this location making it very clear that I wanted to be added onto his phone plan. The employee that was helping us had Airpods in, and he was randomly answering phone calls and having conversations with people while helping us. (At first, I thought he was talking to himself until we noticed the Airpods... We were very confused.) I said NO to purchasing a monthly insurance plan, but he charged me for it and added it into my plan without telling me. I was also not added onto my fiance's plan; I got put on my very own family plan with my number, and I had an additional line that was added on (that I was never told about and never asked for). I tried calling the next day for help, and the same employee told me he would call me back. He never did. I called Boost customer support, and they were able to help me, but even the person that helped me said they were confused as to what the employee had done to my account.

I wish there was a star for zero the guy with glasses named Dennis he said he was the manager has horrible customer service skills I have been to this location 3 times and all 3 times he has sent me to a downtown store which is not even a branch off of their store. This is radiculous and I look at the reviews and see that this store is known for bad service just shut the whole store down i suggest if anyone is looking to do business with Boost go to the one on Mains st.

Awful place would not recommend doing business here. Came in to pay off remaining payments on phone and didn’t even let customer service know that we had payed it off or let us know that we had to do it. We went in to try and get another phone with payments and they wouldn’t let because it says we didn’t pay off the last one which was false. They ended up just depositing the money in the account and didn’t pay the phone off like we said. They said we still had 11 payments left and that was not true. We didn’t even know this until we tried to get another phone. Made thing 10x harder than they should’ve been and couldn’t even get another phone because of this. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE OR DO BUSINESS HERE!

if i could rate it zero stars i definitely would! The girl has awful customer service skills. I went in with a phone issue and not only did she get loud and rude with me but she also broke down crying!!!!! Over a simple question about my phone . They should take some pointers from the girl at the downtown location. Now she knows how to do her job!! Will not be returing and will tell people to stay away!!
