My Mother brought her Cadillac in for front brake pads only 10/23/24. They asked about rotors and she said pads only. She goes to get her car & rotors were done as well. Not a Sorry just offered to remove the rotors. It stated pads only on the bill. Is this ethical!!! Is this because she was a senior woman? Didn’t even explain or show her the pads & rotors they took off. Not Happy!!! Wouldn’t even match the price given for the job from another GM dealer.

My Silverado went in for hail and tree damaged on Tuesday, was returned to me on Friday - all finished with a complete detail as well. Looks like new. Jeff Johnson and team were great to work with. I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and product they produced. It was a great experience.

Outstanding customer service! I moved to Janesville May 2003; always brought Hondas all my military years. Just happened to pass by and ended up buying a 2004 on new years eve 2003. Have brought 3 cars from this location, mainly because of the great service, no nonsense, honesty and their genuine care for the customer!

On 4/5/2023 I scheduled a repair/replacement for of a door ajar alarm reading open even though it was closed the drivers side rear door of the Chevy Silverado I arrived at 2:30 pm 10 minutes prior to the assigned time. I was processed and waited in the customer lounge until approximately 4pm. I was charged $191.07 for a new latch mechanism, and $188.40 for labor. In addition to that I was charged $30.14 for shop supplies and $22.53 for tax Total was $432.14 to stop a pesky door ajar alarm. After I left the alarm went away. Drove my truck home. The truck sat in the driveway until it was used again Saturday afternoon. At that time I started the truck, the door ajar alarm was stuck in the "open" position once again. I rescheduled an appointment as soon as possible which the earliest was going to be 08:20 on 4/10/2023 On 04/10/2023 at approximately 07:20 I arrived 1 hour prior to the appointment and was checked in promptly. Approximately 1 hour later I was escorted to the shop and was shown inside the wiring harness that was connected to the rear drivers side door it appeared to have severed wires. I was quoted an ADDITIONAL $368.22 for the wiring harness along with labor. I was also advised that the new harness would not be in stock until the following day. I promptly declined the additional service, since I already paid for labor and a new latch that I didn't need. I questioned whether the original door latch was broken at all (that is up for debate based on the service advisor and technician I was talking to.) I was told the wiring was a "secondary issue". The technicians were polite and straight to the point during this instance. I left the dealership, drove home. As I opened the defected door. The door ajar alarm did not ring in the open position OR the closed position. I also noticed a document for another customer sitting on the back seat. At this point this is yet another example of mishandling and just plain bad experience from this dealership that my wife and have had to deal with over the years. My wife's 2013 Buick Verano and this 2014 Chevrolet Silverado have been in this service center multiple times. In July 2020 this Chevrolet Silverado was in this specific shop for fuel injectors that needed replacement, this appointment resulted in someone starting the truck with the motor not completely put back together resulting in a fire. Lets just say I was out of a truck for 5 months. There have been several examples of misdiagnoses with the 2013 Buick Verano (In March and April of 2022) and a cumulative thousands of dollars later, and a technician telling my wife to "check the oil" which was not the correct answer in regards to a bigger problem. Both of those cases did not solve the problem for the buick and it cost us almost $1500). The check engine light is still on. One of the meetings I received the wrong paperwork for a different vehicle as well. At this point, I am out $433 for a latch I didn't need and didn't solve the original problem for the Chevy.

I had an unfortunate incident with a hit and run and Bob Clapper was there to help me through the whole process to get my van towed to their shop and fixed in a very timely manner (done earlier than they said). They showed confidence in dealing with the insurance and rental company I went through for the claim. Once my vehicle was at Bob Clapper, everything was smooth sailing.The Foreman on the floor was friendly in answering my questions upon pick up and the manager Josh was always available to answer any questions and made sure things ran smoothly. This is a dealership so you are going to pay dealership prices. Online appointment making is easy. Communication could be better. I don't feel they utilize texting like they should. They eventually get back to you but I had to call first. The shuttle service is nice and convenient. The service writers are nice.

Well every thing was great when I had my car fixed there they gave me a rental while my car was fixed. My daughter hit a deer I told here to take her car there they give you a rental. They've had it for 20 days still waiting on parts and no rental. I guess I wont refer any one there again.
