This branch smells more like a taqueria than a bank, it is off-putting. Either the employees don't have enough time for breaks or there is no adult supervision, but they're always eating. It's sloppy.

I have banked with BMO Harris for about 6 years now. Today was my first time at this particular branch and I have never experienced such rude customer service before. The bigger lady with brown hair was very very rude.

Opened a Account with them the other day. The individual that helped us was outstanding. Her name is Heidi Riley. She went through everything and broke it down to where we could understand everything. Went above and beyond. We have multiple accounts with other banks but never got such great service. We've always had it where you have to make a appointment before.We walked in and she took care of us immediately. Then she sent a card thanking us for our business. A+++ service and adittute.

No locations in Janesville have a coin counter. And if you have coins, you have to have them rolled to deposit them. Seems like a bank should be able to help their customers count their money. Other services are fine, but this a glaring omission of what should be a basic service for a bank.
