Grateful for Shawn who made resolving some fraudulent charges from my account a priority. He was understanding and comforting. The fraudulent funds were very quickly credited to my account the next day. I have never encountered anything negative about BMO and it’s nice to know they have my back!

Paul was able to help me out immediately over the phone! Super helpful where the main BMO hotline took an hour and was unable to fix my problem.

No locations in Janesville have a coin counter. And if you have coins, you have to have them rolled to deposit them. Seems like a bank should be able to help their customers count their money. Other services are fine, but this a glaring omission of what should be a basic service for a bank.
