I have been delivering here a couple times per week for several years now and you will not find a better receiver. The people are very nice and fast at unloading. Most unload times are less than 30 minutes. It can get busy but there is plenty of room to maneuver as long as drivers stay out of the “do not park” area directly in front of the docks. It’s called common sense and courtesy but we all know a lot of drivers are lacking in that department these days.
No overnight parking on lot and was told by employee police write tickets for parking on street in front of warehouse. There is a small truck stop a block away that will hold 5 or 6 trucks.

As a former employee, I called today with a question regarding my 401K. I spoke to a girl names Jessica who was no help at all, had a snotty tone of voice.
She just kept repeating that I would have to contact, the department I needed to talk to through email, because they were having a system wide issue. Sending an email is not the issue, Jessica did not offer the email address to me or any type of other assistance, she just kept repeating "You will have to contact them through email" about 4 times in our short conversation.
I hung up frustrated.
The only reason I checked a star is that the system wouldn't let me post unless I checked one. No stars awarded for the terrible customer service.

Great place to drop off. Checked in and in the door right away. Out in 30 min. Wish all places were like this

• Receiving entrance on Wright.
• Do not come from the North.
• It is on a restricted ? residential road.
• No overnight parking.
• Do not show up after 3:30.
• Rest area, weigh station and TA within 7 miles.

Second time delivery here. They recieve from 6am to 330 pm. Checked in to unloaded was 15 minutes. Both deliveries were at 6 am and fast.

Very Fast Unloading, open early at 05:45 AM, unload in 20-30 minutes full trailer,
NICE Staff, truck entrance from S Wright St 2nd gate, Restroom inside the building for Drivers.
Only one thing for one star ⭐️ less they no allowed Overnight Parking,
One small Truck Stop for 7-8 trucks parking on same exit, TA Truck stop just 2 miles away and also weigh Station just 5-6 miles away and there is always parking.

Loved working here. Had to leave due to childcare and am now trying to get back in but nobody will return my call ? really enjoyed my time here and hopefully they will let me return some day

Wow amazing very nice peoples I was at the door by the receiving my appointment was 9 o’clock I went 6 o’clock morning 615 I got door very fast. It’s a big place and big heart people. Thank God they make my day. what the driver needs after 11 hour drives he need a respect I got from here. Thanks.

Google says they open at 7am, the gate sign says it opens at 5:45am but I was told they open at 5 am. I had a 10am appointment but it wasn't busy so they immediately got me into a door. I got here just before 7 on a Thursday if that helps.

Company needs improvement. Blains doesn't appreciate hard workers and it shows.Management is two-faced and deals in favoritism. Do the work of 2-3 associates and still not good enough.Management treats a select few like gold, the rest get treated like garbage. Will do whatever they can to put good employees down
