He was very apologetic. He addressed the issues, offered a helpful solution, and implemented it. He also gave me his direct number and told me to call it if I ever had another bad experience. That's good service.”
“I've had accounts with Old National for a couple of decades now, and in the past I have had negative experiences with general human decency at other banks. However, Old National personnel have always been kind, well trained and knowledgeable in their positions, and treat every single person who walks through their doors with dignity and respect as it should be. I would particularly like to highlight Chris at this specific branch of Old National. She's done some personal banking for my sister and I recently, and she is just one of those people whose positive energy and caring demeanor cannot be overlooked, which is why I'm writing all this in the first place. If you need anything, Chris is just the best. Of course everyone else there is polite and I'm sure will take care of business as well.”
“Laurie Van Horn is the most amazing person. I always went through her for all my needs. She left and I stopped coming in for 5 years, I had something come up where I needed to come in for the first time in years and she was there! Laurie is the best employee and bhccu is so lucky to have her. I have never had any issues when working with Laurie, she gets done what needs to get done and is super knowledgeable. All of my questions are always answered.”

“This review is for this location NOT my horrible experience with chase bank as a whole.
I had a 5 star experience with Jacob at the front counter the other day when I came to get some cash from my account (because even me, the account holder was locked out of my account any other way) Jacob was personable & friendly. We even had a small conversation about cursive writing & calculators/phones.
It was refreshing to have such great customer service and it actually made me miss more the human interaction I used to have during my daily errands. I realized I’m always using drive thrus & online ordering so now these types of positive encounters are few and far between for me.”

“My wife and I received excellent service when it was PCCU and had to get used to a few changes when it became ECU however there service has always been excellent. There was a few staff changes when ECU took over however they were just as polite and courteous as when it was PCCU. Have had home loan and car loans with them they were always helpful and either did what we asked or suggested what they would be able to do in that situation. Was at another local well known LARGE credit union who actually laughed at my wife and I when asked about a small loan. Fortunately that made us move to PCCU/ECU thank goodness or we likely would not been able to buy a house or car!”
